went in for a screen protector, the staff was very friendly. they cleaned my phone & put the protector on for me. will return when it's time to purchase a new phone case just because the staff was prompt & service was awesome!

By far the best AT&T store I will not go anywhere else. Jesse & Shawn are the most professional helpful and amazing people I have ever met especially Jesse. I come in very often because there’s always something wrong ? but no matter how many times I come to the store or call the store they’re always happy to help me, no matter what I’m complaining about, no matter how big or small my problem is, no matter how long it takes to fix it they always get it done or do everything in they’re power to fix the issue the best that they can. They are very knowledgeable about prices plans and deals how things work and how to fix things and have always solved all of my problems 100% . Very attentive they have great communication and they listen to all my phone problems and frustrations they answer all my questions and they give me their undivided attention when they’re working with me to fix my issue unless another customer comes into the store of course. Role model representatives for sure especially Jesse GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE! Or a promotion or SOMETHING cause he definitely deserves it. I can’t say that I would still be an AT&T customer if it wasn’t for them two I’m very thankful for them both and always extremely pleased and happy with the customer service that’s ALWAYS given to me ❤️

Would highly recommend. The manager Shawn went absolutely above and beyond for me. Not to mention he's a professional multi tasker. I was treated well and all my questions were answered. My phone bill was cut in half (I switched carriers from verizon) and I left with the s23 ultra. Which exceeded my expectations for a phone.,one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had

Angelina Koch aka Angie and her manager David both tried to make a business account on my behalf when i don’t have a business claiming they were doing it to save me money which is unethical i stopped them once the email hit me that they signed me up for a business account contract i’m livid because now i have to go to a corporate location to get this fixed all because i wanted to port my number into an AT&T postpaid personal account!

I was lied to, my suggestion is to find employees with some integrity. I have a device that is not able to receive or make calls as of 02/23. I am here in San Antonio TX for a military graduation. So it's important that I have a working device. I went into this store at Ingram Park Mall and a rep name Kevin tried to troubleshoot my device and was told they could not fix this issue. They suggested I get a new device. I was informed that I could get a newer device and get $800 trade in credit for my phone. On 02/24 I went back that evening and said I will do the trade in on two phones. I was told that they had two Samsung ultra 22 phones at another store and I could come back on 02/25 to pick them up. I was getting 2 phones 256 GB. Today upon entering the store, I was informed that they were not 256 and instead 128 and was quoted $100 more than originally informed. I was misled and spent a great deal of time and still do not have a working phone. I am upset about all of this and in fact looking for contact information to speak with someone from corporate or district manager. I am considering transferring my long standing service to another provider if something is not done satisfactorily soonest.

I just had a very bad experience with customer service lady has a customer looks like she has a sale and we have been waiting for about 15 minutes she did not even acknowledge that we are there not even by saying I will be with you in a minute or can I help you so we just left not a good customer service I am sure she lost a good sale

Stopped by the store to inquire about switching over, & Zena gave me every detail i needed to know to understand what i’d be paying for & helping me out with my employee discounts. She & the rest of the staff had upbeat personality which made the atmosphere enjoyable. Again, thank you Zena for being very knowledgeable & patient with our family!

It took forever to pick up an iPad for my wife, and then the salesman didn't give me the sim card for it to work properly and to activate everything that was on this iPad. So much for a happy birthday. After three hours on the phone with customer service and technical service, 11 o'clock at night finally got everything going. Last time I shopped at AT&T in a store
