We had an excellent experience with Atlas. Sandy was so helpful when it came to choosing carpet to fit our needs. She sent us home a sample to be sure we liked the color. after making the decision, she came out to measure, give the cost and set up the install. Everything went so smoothly. The installers were also wonderful. They worked quickly but with care and left us with beautiful carpet.

The overall experience at Atlas was terrific. The sales team was very knowledgeable on the flooring options and the recommendations were very helpful in our selection of flooring in our sunroom.
The installer was timely, knowledgeable and did excellent work. We are very pleased with the final results.
We have used Atlas Floors 3 times and highly recommend them for flooring and carpeting needs.

Sandy and the entire team at Atlas Floors Carpet One were excellent to work with! They helped us pick out the perfect carpet and installed it promptly. Sandy helped us pick between 2 options that we were stuck on, and we are so happy with the outcome! The pricing is good, and the quality is great! We would use them again in the future.

Atlas Floors Carpet One knows what they’re doing and they’re doing it right. We received excellent, knowledgeable and professional guidance from the moment we were greeted when we entered the showroom and introduced to Sandy, the Interior Designer, through Sandy’s follow-up visit after the new flooring was installed. Sandy’s guidance and attention to detail was invaluable. Oscar and his installation crew used care and diligence with moving our furniture and during installation, cleanup was ongoing so there was never a mess. The whole installation process ran smoothly and perfectly and along the way Oscar kept us updated with their progress. We couldn’t love our new floors more and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Atlas Floors to anyone.

Joe did an outstanding job in replacing some laminate boards that were damaged. We only had three boards leftover from years ago when the floors were put in and they were no longer available to order. He came across additional boards that were damaged that we didnt have enough boards to replace with so he said he would move them against the wall where the quarter round would cover the damage. I would have never thought of that. He went out of his way to make sure our floors looked the best they could. We have used Atlas several times and Ken is amazing as well, our salesperson. HIGHLY recommend Atlas, Joe and Ken.

Tricia Wallace was amazing! She listened to my needs and made sure I got the absolute best deal available. After that, she was relentless in making sure the install occurred within my required timeframe. The installers were amazing! They completed the job I. One day, cleaned as they went and left the site immaculate. I could not be more please with my experience. Thank you Atlas!

We recently had our carpets replaced by Atlas Floors and couldn't be happier! Sandy made selecting the carpet in the quality and budget we needed a breeze! The installation team was professional, friendly and efficient. They did a fantastic job! We're so glad we listened to friends and family and dropped by Atlas on a random weekend. We had our new carpets in less than two weeks! Highly recommend!

The whole team from sales to the installers was great to work with. The installation team did a great job. We had a couple of rooms that we kept the old carpet in and the installation team did a great job at blending the seams. Would highly recommend this company.

We recently had Atlas install new tile floors, new carpet in the master, and a new tile fireplace. Sherry Young is truly top-notch!! She has so much patience, is knowledgeable about the products offered, great eye for color, and genuinely cares about helping me find a tile I love. The tile installation team, Juan and Miguel, are exceptional. Great communication, on-time, quality work for installation, and trustworthy. Atlas was prompt in handling a few minor issues we had throughout the process. By the end, Atlas made sure everything met our expectations and we are extremely happy with the end product. I would 100% use Atlas again for a future project.
