This company did an outstanding job for our organization! We ordered a complete set of women’s lacrosse team uniforms, coach jackets and decal stickers from them. Not only were the prices great but the customer service and products we ordered were high quality and look great. We have had more complements on all the items; parents and coaches from other schools are constantly stopping us to find out where we got our gear. I would highly recommend ASC to anyone looking for screen-printing, embroidery or decal providers. Over the moon happy with our experience!! Thank you ASC we will definitely work with you in the future.

I took my daughter's letterman jacket to get patches sewn on and to have some embroidery work done. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them!

Embroidery on a Letterman Jacket. Buyer Beware. This place has been a nightmare. Not only did they not honor the time they quoted me for a finished product. I was given three different times when it would be finished. When we called them about our product it sounded like they hadn't even started and didnt know our order was even placed. Upon arriving there were several errors on the colors of the patches and even the initials that we needed on the collar. They are now trying to charge me additional fees for the work they need to correct. Their reason, "well the order form said ...."... well I don't write order forms. They do. We told them what we wanted, and they wrote it down incorrectly. They also had the incorrect cardinal patch we chose. I sent them an email with the attachment and they said that they received the email but "they never got the attachment " so they just "chose their own csrdinal" (without calling btw). I'm extremely disappointed and upset. I wish I would have never trusted them.

This place is hands down awesome. They do excellent work, they are fast they stay in contact with you as soon as the work is complete. I live on the other side of town and will make the trip because of the Customer service and price. They have taken care of my sons letterman’s jacket throughout the years adding patches as he earns them in school. I don’t often write reviews but this place most definitely deserves one.

Went to this shop right before the Christmas holidays. Doors were locked during regular business hours :( My daughter knocked on the door and the NICEST guys opened the door. They were having their Christmas party (that is why the door was locked). They were kind enough to stop what they were doing and help us order and decide what patches for my daughter's letterman jacket. I can't explain how AMAZING the customer service is at this company.

The staff here was able to accommodate our request for letterman patches for Christmas quicker than expected. I walked in on Monday and was told we would get them on Friday. We ended up getting them on Wednesday. Matt and I believe his name is Chad went above and beyond to help us out. We definitely will be back

Matt and everyone there were super friendly and extremely helpful. They offered to do the work while I waited since they knew I came from across town. I highly recommend Athletic Sewing Center to everyone. They are the best!!
