Kiosk has been down last few times I been here so I finally gave in and just did it with the rep there. Thankfully I did cuz Raul helped me save some money on my bill! Guess I can get a new phone for Christmas thanks bro!

I walked into the store on 1922 Culebra Road and Raul was absolutely Amazing. He helped me with purchasing another phone and transferring all of the information. He was so knowledgeable and kind . He is definitely an asset to your company. He should be commended .
