Work was incomplete. .andthrew away my front bumper and license plate.Very inconvenient to have to bring the vehicle back.2-1-24I never would expect any work from anyone for free. I don't know where you are getting that ??Besides this was an insurance claim so you are being paid though the insurance.This is a vehicle I rarely drive so by the time Lifted the hood to find that you didn't put back the trim piece that was there originally or notice my front license plate was missing, yes months have gone by.When you replaced my front bumper you through away my license plate, so for your mistake it' my responsibility to get a it replaced?Yes I am having a difficult time getting the vehicle back in. Do you know what an inconvenience this is to take time away from work.I see this Company make excuses for substandard work when all this was obviously your fault and now you are putting the blame back on me? Wow, unbelievable!All I want is my vehicle repaired correctly. And If I owed you anything I would pay that's not even an issue.

After 6 weeks of no communication, not one single call about my car I get told "hey come pick it up". I go to pick it up, come to find out they did not fix it, the car does not even drive! Paint does not match up on the one thing they did fix, lied on tons of the invoice that I received, I had the car teared down right after getting it towed from there because car was in worst condition then when it went in. The trustworthy mechanic who now has my car has been sending pictures and videos of bolts being cross threaded, things not being bolted down, more damage to the car than the original damage. Front desk receptionist is absolutely NO help. I've been trying to get in contact with someone other than the front desk and all I'm told everyday, is they should be calling me shortly. Lying on invoices, and charging parts and labor that were never even put on my car is FRAUD. This place should be out of business do not bring your car here. And whatever mechanics they have doing the work do not need to be any kind of mechanics if this is the work they do. They do not value their customers, they scam insurance companies as well as their customers. They are just looking for a quick payday. I have never experienced customer service like this before, I wouldn't be surprised if they have tons of pending lawsuits against them.

I had by vehicle repaired after a collision. Awful repair! On the bumper you can see though their repairs. Tail lights not replaced just put back the old ones with scratches an all. Also, must of the staff have a bad attitude. They need to be schooled on customer service 101

I had a fender bender and my insurance company sent me here. They were helpful explaining the process with scheduling. The service was great, they were communicative and helpful. The work was done within the projected time frame and my car looked good. My car incident happened in March and their earliest opening was June, but it wasn't a prob for me since my car was drivable. Be prepared to pay with a cashiers check as there's a 4% charge on card payments and they only charge cards up to 1000 each transaction. Bonus: they washed and detailed my car when it was done so it was fresh and clean.

So, initially when I picked up my vehicle it wasn't that big of a deal that they took almost a month repairing a small dent job on my passenger side. Mainly because, we were able to hold on to a rental for the entirety of the time it was in their shop. And if not, that time spent in the shop would have felt way more drastic. When I picked up my vehicle everything seemed great initially. I noticed I had a low PSI on my passenger back right tire that I didn't have before. I have a nail in my tire that I did not have a month ago when I dropped off my truck on March the 6th. Now I called to let them know that I had a nail in my tire and I would have to pay for a patch out of pocket and just briefly let them know that it was an inconvenience and I don't expect much, but it may happen to other vehicles. I was met with a rude demeanor and no sign of responsibility. Now this is the second day out for me picking up my truck and I have noticed my Oakley shades that were left in the vehicle I believe in a secure spot, now I have speckled silver paint spots on the lenses. The exact color of my truck. I tried to wipe it off and it is not dust. I believe somebody either wore my sunglasses while they spray painted the truck, if not left my window open, and got sprayed all over. I initially left a good review with them,but I would like to revoke and am now giving a one star. My review was given to me on the spot before I inspected my vehicle by a written letter asking for permission to use my review My name is Benjamin Rodriguez. B-Rod. You're not gonna believe this one! Do not use this place! The city had my daughter's car towed here today after an accident and they could not even look at it until June. But they still accepted it from the tow truck driver. They told us we had to tow it right away to somewhere else or they would charge us $25 a day. Which we did Immediately and they charged us $300 which they called in administrative fee so we could have another tow truck driver pick it up. So we had to pay to have it towed twice plus their $300 fee. That should be illegal, but it is certainly unethical. They even called the cops on us when we did not want to pay the fee.

STAY AWAY!!The personnel working the admin side of things are VERY RUDE, hang up on you because "they have other customers to take care of" as if I wasnt a customer also. They dont know anything and have to put you on hold to double check simple questions that I ask. Overpriced in all the estimates and your vehicle will stay there for 6 months for simple repairs.Super hard to work with these people, Management needs to replace the front end if you want clients and customers to be happy and do business with you, these ladies are clearly ready to retire.Won't let my spouse who is also on insurance and title of the vehicle go to pick things up from it. OVERALL TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, WOULDNT recommend at all.Melva was one the worst persons to try to talk to, stay away if you can.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

it's great to have someone we can trust, Associated Collision worked on my Grand Cherokee bumpers--right next to Porsche and other high end imports--and matched paint perfectly. Car was in for a reasonable period of time (about two weeks) and they worked directly with our insurance company and upon removing bumpers they found additional damages.We got notified via text and personal calls for schedule in and out. Rental car was a breeze as they have Enterprise links.If I could give them 10 Stars I would, thank you all.Services: Painting

Do not recommend. My family and I went to this auto shop for years and never once had a problem until now.From the start Liz had a bad attitude with rolling eyes and huffing and puffing but I let it go. I explain I told my Insurnace company when I made the claim about my right back tire was loosing air it also was on the adjustment they had. A week and a half go by and they tell me they have no update that it still is in "tear down". Next thing you know two weeks go by and it's still no update and in "tear down". I asked for someone else to call me back and let me know the status of my car they did and told me they had an update. I went to go pick my car up a couple of days later and asked the front desk if the left back tire got looked at and Liz "forgot" and wanted me to drop it off Monday for another 24 hours. The whole experience was full of attitude and unprofessional. Again I do not recommend:)
