I frequent this store often because it's one of the best thrift stores around! It's got a great assortment of quality items that are fairly priced, and everything is clean and well organized. They have daily color-coded sales and I have bought many treasures there. The volunteers that run the place are older ladies and they're not always quite "up to speed" but they try and are very sweet and try hard to be helpful. Bottom line, it's a great thrift store!

I PERSONALLY have not found many people having a bad day. If I need to find something, someone helps, and shows me the way, and goes to see if there is what I want in storage. Sure, some are a tad "rude", but the are volunteers, they know what they do, and don't what they don't.
I have not tried donating, so I cannot comment on that. But I have gone at the right time, and got, for instance, $5.00 chairs that need a little fixing. I don't always buy stuff, but when I do, I am happy with what I find.

Very good second-hand store where you can find things in very good condition at a very good price and a good place to look for antiques

This store has some nice items and some quality furniture but boy oh boy are the volunteers difficult to put up with! If you have a question, nine times out of ten they won't know any answer and at least a few of them will have to get together to cluck about it for a good while.I'm consistently polite and patient. I respect my elders even when they are downright rude and nasty like these girls usually are. I have been there countless times and every time at least one of these older ladies is rude in some way.I'm genuinely very surprised that other reviews said they were helpful and friendly. (I can only guess they are affiliated with these ladies somehow??) They are neither, in fact, most often they actually make the experience unpleasant. At one point I wanted to give back so I took a lot of nice items there that could be resold. Including a lot of gently used home goods and books. Even that was made into a big headache. None of them knew where they wanted the items left but they knew it wasn't at or inside the entrance! They all clucked about it a while until they rudely demanded I take the items around the outside to the back of the building and wait there. Someone will open the door in the back, they told me. I went back and waited... and waited... and had to walk back around the front to remind them that I had several boxes of items to donate. We'll send someone back there to help you they rudely told me. I went back out and finally passed the items along. The lady didn't say thank you or anything just told me Is that all? and Fine then before she shut and locked the door. I had to chuckle to myself and promised myself to never try that again. Its an ok shop - just make sure you bring along plenty of patience!

Not really sure what people's reviews mean about the "good prices." The prices are very high on most items. I've visited twice in the last eight months and walked out with nothing because of the prices. It's incredibly cluttered and always busy with people just standing around, so it's not a very walkable store. The sign says "Thrift House" but it's not a thrift store.

I love this thrift store. It is clean , well organized and the money they make goes back to helping the community. I have been shopping there for years! Very welcoming atmosphere.

So I came into this store today with my daughter. I reached into my purse to pull out my inhaler, took a puff and put it into my pocket to have on hand. Well some lady who works there I guess thought I was stealing something and proceeded to follow us around the store while we shopped. Everywhere I turned there she was just watching me. Did not appreciate that at all. So now I’m on the hunt for a new thrift store.

It's one of my favorite little thrift stores. They have nicer items from clothing , to housewares, furniture, linens, books of all kinds, pictures and frames, nic nacs, office items, costume jewelry. You never know what you will find. Nicest bunch of mostly ladies that volunteer there. Look up the hours. They close early 2p and close on Sundays and Monday.
