The absolute worst experience at a dentist office in my life. Aspen is a money grubbing company with a negligent dentist and an incompetent staff. I ended up in the emergency room due to severe tooth pain later that evening because Aspen forgot to call in my prescriptions. I tried calling after hours but their automated system is worthless if you have an emergency such as mine. Earlier that afternoon, Aspen spent the first half hour with the dental hygienist poking around my mouth, taking x-rays while my tooth was throbbing. Dentist arrived, did not examine my mouth at first. Just told me I will need a root canal and referred me to a specialist. I asked her "you cannot do a root canal on a cracked tooth can you? ". She replied, "your tooth is not cracked". I urged her to look at the x-rays. She looked at the images and finally examined my mouth, abruptly changing her recommendation to just pull the tooth instead of a root canal. She would write an RX for antibiotics and something to treat the pain. Aspen would not make an appointment unless I paid a deposit to pull the tooth. $1000 to pull one tooth. I wasn't able to pay that so I focused on confirming with the receptionist to call in the prescriptions so I could start treating the infection and alleviate the pain until I figured out another option. I left in more pain than when I arrived, in shock how the dentist missed seeing my cracked tooth and the first quote of $4000 for a root canal. I ended up finding a dentist a few miles away who pulled my tooth for $80. Do not waste your hard earned money or time at Aspen. They don't care about the patient. They just want your money.

Very prompt and profesional service. Went for initial check-up. X-rays,exam, hygienist and doctor consultation all completed in just over an hour from arrival. Very well equipped office with knowledgeable friendly staff.

The staff was very polite, helpful and very informative! The Dr was excellent! I am very happy with my experience with this location. I will recommend them highly to family and friends!!!!

All staff were exceptional, to the person handling my appointment/ins verification on the phone, the office receptionist who signed me in, the Radiologist, the Hygienist, the Doctor and the financial advisor. Really great atmosphere and felt really cared for and important. I’m most definitely staying with this Dentist office for all my dental needs.

The hygienist is great but office staff is unhelpful and unorganized. My appointment was rescheduled 3 times and then I was told I owed an amount that I was unaware of. No breakdown was given or explained. I will be finding a new dentist.

The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because I’m happy I NEVER have to go back. Oh I was waiting until my last dentist appointment so let’s go down the list:- They never answer the phone, luckily I lived down the street. There’s no reason why I have to get in my car and drive to the location to speak to someone.- Took 2 days for my insurance to clear, they were acting as if they’ve never dealt with tricare before.- There’s only one doctor who comes to pull wisdom teeth so there is zero flexibility in scheduling days.- Moved my appointment without asking me, luckily I caught it and when I finally spoke to someone I feel like they were trying to make it seem as though I was lying, luckily I had all of my original appointment emails.- Charged me for anesthesia, then when I go to my appointment they say “oh nvm you don’t need it” but your refund will take a lot of days, we can’t say how long and no we won’t give you a receipt showing proof that you’ll get a refund.- Sent me home with no meds, no care instructions, 6 tiny pieces of gauze, and a disposable ice pack that I could only use once. Basically because they had a LOT of patients that day and they were trying to get people in and out.- Gossiping in the halls where patients could hear because I could.- The girl at the front desk should NEVER be speaking to anyone she was so unprofessional, didn’t have one in her vocabulary that would make you believe she’s read a book since middle school is never trust her with paperwork. Everyone at the front desk honestly seemed clueless.

Third time I’ve been here. Place is awesome. The front office always seems like they are a a little overwhelmed but somehow they always handle the load. But once you are taken to the back it’s like magic … everyone is incredibly caring and very very nice. I needed a denture repaired and they took care of me so well. They are awesome, the lab tech or whoever repairs the dentures is super amazingly good!!!! This will definitely be my go to dental place in the future for sure!!!

This place is amazing, I have never been to an office where everyone was so friendly and compassionate. I felt no judgment from the staff or doctors. Dr. Panko did my extraction and she made sure I was completely numb and comfortable. I’m truly blown away by how professional everyone is. I would definitely recommend and I will definitely be coming back.

I recently had a new bottom denture made at this Aspen on babcock road. And I don't even know how to begin to tell you how much I love My new denture. The denture I had before this never fit right? The minute I said anything are did anything the denture would pop out even with fixadent in it and it was just made horrible. AnywayIt broke also so I had to have a new one made an Aspen was above and beyond anything I ever expected. This is exactly what I wanted. And I'm so happy they just have no idea how pleased I am. I would recommend this dentist to anybody. The whole office staff was so nice and caring and I don't even know what to say other than I just think they're wonderful ! And the dentist place I used before, I won't name any names but it begins with M and it's on Fredericksburg Road. Very bad experience! Terrible lab.

Not good customer service!It’s all about how much they can charge the patient before the services. And when wanting to get refunded for extra charges, they take forever.They said it would take 7-10 days to get the refund.I’ve been calling for weeks and I still haven’t gotten refunded I was told they’re updating their computers. But I don’t think that’s a good enough reason.They never answer the phone much less return a call.Don’t be a victim of poor service and over charged, and your calls never returned.

Had both top and bottom dentures done. 2 years later one of my tooth on top dentur fell off. Went back to fix. They told me I wasn't in the system. Had recipes where I paid they said it didn't work. It didn't have an account number on it. Could not find my name in the system. They were going to charge me for visit and repairs I don't recommend it to no one. Also very rude receptionists

Worst customer service!Manager, and district manager on Babcock Rd.don’t care about their patients. It’s all about how much they can charge the patient.The district manager is a real joke!She never answers her phone much less return a call.I’ve been calling for 3 months. I was told there updating their computers.Don’t be a victim of poor service and over charged, and your calls never returned.

The actual dental staff is professional and friendly. They were able to do everything for me just right and even made sure to schedule me as soon as possible. The hygienist was my favorite (I didn't get her name, but she had reddish hair) and Beth was awesome too!Only small con was that I wish their was communication that I was getting an exam first and then they do the cleaning depending on your condition. I was able to get it all done the same day though, but wasn't aware it would possibly be seperate appointmentsThat may have been a miscommunication with the front desk, which while they are nice to patients, they just seem to be easily annoyed at their job, so it just comes off as a bit negative compared to the rest of the staff. I enjoyed this office though and will definitely come again!

Had a crack in my tooth, the dentist (Dr Obah) politely talked me through the process and was very professional. Her assistant was very cordial and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this place.
