Do not go here. If I could give them no stars I would. They will say you need all this work just to get money out of you. Also, the hygienist was very rude. They claimed I needed a deep cleaning that cost $559.00 and 3 crowns that were in the thousands! I did not believe this. It hadn't been that long since I had been to a dentist. So I went somewhere else. (Monarch Dental) They lied to me at Aspen Dental. I did not need a deep cleaning nor did I need 3 crowns. Do not trust them!

O stars. Save your time go else where, or definitely don't allow Joshua Burns to be your dentist. He lacks compassion and acts more like a car sales man than a dentist. I went in with swelling/infection of wisdom tooth= extraction. JOSHUA BURNS was more concerned with trying to get me to get implants, then the issue I was there for, when I continued to stay on topic of why I was there he seemed annoyed. The day of extraction JOSHUA BURNS did not explain to me prior to shoving a needle into the hole of my wisDom that I would feel any pain. When he did that I immediately reacted and body jerked up. Not on purpose of course anyone with a brain would know that. JOSHUA BURNS yelled," you need to leave now! I attempted to explain to him I didn't flintch on purpose, he continued to yell at me about how I should remember the rules the assistant told me. Really can't see how JOSHUA BURNS even became a dentist! Well my boyfriend did not appreciate JOSHUA BURNS talking to me that way. He went in face to face to have a man to boy conversation with JOSHUA BURNS. For future reference be mindful of how you treat people . Avoid this place especially JOSHUA BURNS

I have a fear of dentist. I've been here twice since September. The nice woman who treated me was exceptional in keeping me calm and comfortable. I wish I could remember her name. The office manager was great too. Thanks Aspen Dental!

I went in for an emergency for a swollen jaw and gums. I was taken such good care of! I ended up getting a wisdom tooth pulled and was walked through the entire process before. Oscar and Cortney were so kind and patient. I had a great experience with them and look forward to going back.

Asked to pay for a service without insurance. They gave me the price and I paid it, months later I get a surprise bill for the difference of what they estimated insurance would pay.If you quote a price when someone wants to pay in full that's the full price. Shady.

The facility was clean, the dentist was friendly and the hygienist was great. However, the billing tactics are why I give this place a 1-star review. I have dental insurance that covers 100% of prophylactic cleaning costs for in-network dentists. I verified that the location and the dentists listed on the website were in-network with my insurance. At the appointment I reconfirmed this again and they told me my copay was $0 and asked if I wanted to add fluoride which my insurance would not cover, I said sure. It was to my surprise that I received a bill for $140 in the mail after my insurance had paid them $174 for basic teeth cleaning. It turns out the dentist who said hello to me at my appointment with the dental hygienist was a dentist not listed on their website and not in my plan's network. Of course had I known they have dentists at this location not listed on their website who were also out of network I never would have visited. So be forewarned, you may be assigned an out of network dentist and unfortunately will not know ahead of time as the dentist's name is not listed on the appointment. I called to rectify this which unfortunately was a futile effort.

Very professional and courteous, they are very conscious about your well-being. Minimal pain in the procedure. All around pleasure to have had my dentistry done with them.

I made an appointment for a regular check up. Staff was friendly, technology was the most advanced that I have been to compared to previous dental places in my past relating to x-rays (this does take time, but is thorough). It is a little strange that they took payment prior to the cleaning, but shouldn't be a problem if you are financially stable. People who worked on me: Oscar, Amber, Deborah. Very knowledgeable. I read the previous reviews and that sucks if people had those experiences. Perhaps there is new staff, and they upgraded equipment.

I went a few days ago with my fiancee, beware to all the up-charging that they will try to get you on - I was told that I needed around $150 of additional "services" that my insurance didn't cover (a more "deep" cleaning, which took no longer than 10-15 minutes to do) Apparently my fiancee needed over $500 dollars of additional services after like a thousand dollars that they would've billed the insurance... These folks love to upcharge, upcharge, upcharge. They put my fianc

Every time I have been to Aspen Dental they are extremely professional and welcoming. I am in and out of there in a reasonable amount of time.
