My wife and I went over there to find a new living room set and dresser. We worked with Richard, who was great with helping us find just what we needed and even helped us work out a good arrangement in our house from a photo! He was awesome and explained everything in detail from start to end of the process. Thank you, Richard!

Don't believe what they tell you!!! Was told we could try a tempur-pedic mattress for 30 days and return it if we didn't fall in love with it. It hurt me so bad after a couple of weeks. When I inquired about returning it I got the run around from 3 different people on 2 consecutive days just to find out they wont return it. So if your in the market for the worst sleep of your life order directly from the manufacturer and maybe you will have better luck. But if you do don't talk with "Sarge" he will lie about anything to make a sale!!!Update: I contacted the message below that they left. Even less helpful. I guess they just want the people the read these reviews to think they care but in reality they do not!Second update: after a year later I have had to have 4 Orthopedic surgeries. All of which my doctor told me that most likely the bed played a large role in my need for this extensive care.Please DO NOT believe the sales hype from Ashley’s ignorant sales staff and stay away from tempur-pedic.

We needed new living room furniture, and Ashley’s quality and prices could not be beat. The sales persons Raia and Erika were friendly and extremely helpful.Raia has such a good presence as a sales person; she listened to what we needed and assisted us in finding exactly what we were looking for. We are very happy with our purchase.

I will never purchase from Ashley again! I said this once before and decided to give them another chance 2 years later. These people are liars. The first time we went in 2022, we were made to think that our furniture was in stock and would be delivered within a week. Of course this didn’t happen. Long story short, we didn’t receive our dining set until 5 months later. We tried canceling but were told we would have to pay a restock fee…RESTOCK FEE FOR WHAT? How do you charge a restock fee for something that isn’t in stock???We stupidly tried to give them another chance in March 2024 and specifically asked the salesman if the sectional we chose was in stock. He said no but we would get it by mid-April. That was the red flag that we ignored. We didn’t want to wait but we didn’t need it immediately so we went through with the purchase. I later went onto the website to find the sectional so I could send the pictures to my parents and sister. When I found the sectional it stated it was on back order and it would take 3-5 months for it to come in. I called customer service to confirm and sure enough, they had no idea when the sectional would be in. The guy said it could come in before or it could take longer than 5 months. I asked for a refund and the guy kept trying to force me to keep the sectional. I told him no I wanted a refund and after some time he just hung up.We ended up calling again and speaking with someone else. She stated they could give us 20% off so we decided to keep it. A week later I called back (because I still had not received my refund nor any email confirming the refund) just to find out it was never processed and I’d have to wait an additional 7-10 days to receive my refund. If the furniture is not in stock…do not buy from these people. They will lie just to get the sale. If the salesman was honest from the start, we would’ve been fine waiting for it but as I stated before, this was the second time they lied to us in a 2 year time period which means this is common practice for them. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Sales team at the store was good, but did not mention the fine print in the sales contract included “ALL SALES FINAL” with no refunds or exchanges clause. Delivery was quick and efficient with frequent updates provided. Minor repair/adjustment on one piece of delivered furniture was mostly automated and experienced glitches. Overall a B+ experience and will return for future furniture needs.

Our sales rep, GiGi Was helpful and also patient. She showed us all the adult beds in the store. She explained things about the beds that were not obvious obvious, such as variable, backboards available, bedside tables that were also capable of charging a phone or other item, and the different kinds of drawers. She patiently let my daughter go through all the major iterations of the smart mattress. Usually, I don’t let the sales person manage me but I’m glad I did this time. And besides that there were many options and colors in the beds, dressers and bedside tables. I highly recommend both Ashley store and GiGi.

DO NOT BUY ADDITIONAL WARRANTY - SCAM!! 5 Years ago I purchased the No Use No Lose warranty from Ashley at the San Antonio location off of I-10. Fast forward 5 years in November of 2023, and I was purchasing furniture with Ashley's again and asked about my No Use No Lose warranty and the credit I was expecting. The New Braunfels Sales Agent told me that I would have to issue a request for the credit, which he would do on my behalf. He gave me copies of all the paperwork he was turning in to get me my credit. I specifically asked if my credit could be used towards the purchase that I was completing with him that day, which he told me no it couldn't and that I would have to receive the credit first to then use later. I asked him if there was a time limit on using the credit once received, as I was made aware (that day - never in my original warranty form does it say there is a time limit to request the credit) there was a time limit on requesting the credit once the 5 years hit. He told me no that I could use it whenever. Well, I went to buy a coffee table with Ashley, this March and I again asked about my credit. This was a different sales agent at the same San Antonio store where the warranty was originally purchased, and he told me that my credit request got denied. He showed me the requests and their statuses that read denied. I was stunned and he had let me know that it had needed to be used that December anyways. He said that he could put in another request for me for the credit after listening to my story and provided me with the customer service number. I called customer service and magically they couldn't find the original requests for the credit saying that I never requested it, even though I had paperwork saying I did. In addition, I learned that the New Braunfels sales agent didn't know what he was doing. Even if he processed the paperwork correctly, he needed to attach it to a layaway order, which remember, I had asked if the credit could be applied to my current order that I was completing with him that day. Do not buy the additional warranty they try to sell you when purchasing furniture from Ashley, it's a total scam! They don't train their sales associates on how to request the credit for you, credit requests magically disappear in their system, and they do not communicate to you or provide you documentation at the time of sale the hidden time limits of when and how to use your credit. Total scam and waste of money
