The service was fantastic! Martha in the office kept me updated about any part delivery delays, and Gus, the owner, made sure that all repairs had been resolved. I was amazed at how fast and easy everything with the insurance went after a hit-and-run accident. That was very stressful, but Classic Collision removed all the stress. Would highly recommend Classic Collision on Bandera Road for any of your vehicle needs. I will be back for any future repairs. Excellent!!!

My advice to you is do not take your car here. They are lying to you, they are not repairing your car, they are also damaging your car, don't go, they destroyed my car and they are lying.

Got rear ended so I found them.. overall was a great experience, Christina kept me updated every week on how the repairs were going and surprisingly they finished a week early than the expected finished date which was great and on top of that they had cleaned the inside of the car making it look brand new again! Everyone was very friendly, would go back here again for sure

A neighbor accidentally hit my parked truck when backing out of his driveway. His insurance agreed to cover the repair and encouraged me to take it to the shop of my choice. My truck is 17 years old and far from pristine so I selected Classic Collision because it was close and really didn’t have high expectations. What an unexpected surprise! I had the pleasure of working with
Mr Nick Garza who immediately evaluated my trucks damage, answered all of my questions, gave me an estimated delivery time and sent me on my way. Mr Garza’s communication throughout the process was reassuring and the courtesy of delivering the truck to my home was “over the top”! I really can’t say enough good about Classic Collision except I’ll never take a vehicle anywhere else.

I brought my car in on Friday they estimated my car would be done by Wednesday. I got a call my car was ready for pickup Tuesday. When I arrived I was greeted with a happy receptionist both times. Christina was great with keeping me updated on progress and even helped me bring my things to my vehicle. When I got to see the repairs I was blown away at the amazing job they had done. When I got in I noticed that they had fully detailed my vehicle and had it smelling amazing! They even got my custom rubber mats looking brand new! I was blown away by the way they went above and beyond. I highly recommend Classic Collision. The whole staff of absolutely amazing. Hopefully I don’t need them in the future but now I know where to go if I do. Big thanks the the amazing staff!

This place is awesome and fast. My rep Mary was in contact almost daily. The car was ready before the predicted date. I highly highly recommend this place. Caliber collision could learn some stuff from this place.
