I don't have a problem with the office or anyone around these apartments. The only reason I'm giving a 4start is cause the maintenance are kind of rude. If they have to fix a something in your apartment.they will not put things back or cleaned up afterwards. They knock like it's any emergency. Don't give chance to get to open the door. Woke up my infant from knocking so crazy. Other then that I'm enjoying my apartment here.????

Ghetto community!!! My 9 year old daughter that has cancer was at the apartment swimming pool and some little boys stole her YEEZY SLIDES!!! Come on people what are we teaching these kids!!! It’s annoying thank god I’m moving out very soon. I don’t recommend the pool at all you basically have to go bare footed! It’s very sad kids are thieves.

Terrible service, you never find parking and you report to the office that there are many cars parked behind in the visitor area and they ignore you, but the tow truck is very good to take away the cars of those of us who live here. Please do not rent here, terrible service in everything? ?

I have lived here for 10 years and never have a problem Cecilia was an awesome manager and now Maria is taking over and she’s doing really great, works with your needs and willing to help as much as she can, if you treat people with respect you have respect back .

Where to begin and where to end these apartments are so dirty they always have filled up trash cans outside. sometimes you can actually smell the Sewage, no near by transportation anywhere, no near by stores, no vending machines. Plus they will charge you when you leave these apartments please don't apply here.

I'm a maintenance technician myself, I moved here back in 2020, and since then I have had maintenance in my apartment at least 2 times to fix minor things. It's 2023 now, and I have no problems with my unit. It was very nicely painted and cleaned when I moved in and I have kept it that way. All of my appliances still work. I personally had to replace a ceiling fan cuz I didn't like the one they put in, my neighbors are good people, stick to themselves,and are very quiet,and if they're loud somedays I'm not goin to say anything because I know I'm going to be loud somedays too, and we kept it that way..we look out for each other. There are some bad reviews but I bet they're from people who just think they're entitled. Honestly in my opinion pay your rent on time and there will be no problems. My Kia got broken into but I put a wheel lock on so I really don't have to worry about anything. Car theft with hyundais and kias is really bad but we got it under control for the most part. Every property has their downfalls, but for the most part it's a nice place.

I applied for the Artisan at Creekside on May 30, 2023. And was told to put down the deposit of $300 and the office would get back to me in 7-14 Business days. I called a week later and Norma said she would get started on it that day. I was never allowed to see the apartment nor given a time frame for move in . I know they said they had one apartment available in the 3rd week of June but I don't even know if that is the apartment I had put the deposit down for. It has been more than 14 business days now and unfortunately they still haven't gotten back to me so I am requesting my deposit back. But they are giving me the round around. I am now considering getting a lawyer to get my deposit back and have an investigation opened at this property.Update: it has been 16 days since I removed my original review because Maria from Artisan Creek apartments told me to remove it in order for me to get my deposit back. I am again putting it up because I still have NOT gotten my deposit back. She keeps saying it is processed on her end as of the 27th of June. I will not be taking it down again. She keeps saying that this management office is the one who is sending me my deposit but there is no way to speak with someone there because the number they leave when they respond to my comment goes to VM and when I leave a VM, Maria from the apartments calls me back instead. I have looked into my options as previously mentioned and I feel good about my next steps. I now want to get not only my deposit back, I want the application fees I paid too because they never even processed the application in the first place according to the young girl who works there.Update: Maria from artisan at creekside called today(6/26)twice, first time she said she is going to send our deposit refund to our address and she mentioned my reviews on their website and on Franklin company website. Second time she calls was at 4:49 on June 26th and said that I need to remove my reviews from their website and from the other website of Franklin company. She said that I couldn't have my reviews up on the websites. She didn't ask, she TOLD me to remove them.

I enjoy living here. Maria and Norma have helped my family and me since we moved in. We've had our sit-backs but they've been fair by all means. Like all establishments they have flaws but I can say my place is home. Thank you.

DON'T APPLY HERE!! They will lie to you n not give you your refund, i applied couple months back, everything was going fine till they called me n said they had to drop the application because the tenants for the apartment i applied for decided to stay, but they would get me my deposit n application fee back, the lady maria never got back to me i called multiple times n she always said she was still waiting to hear from corporate about my refund, this is horrible how they can steal hard earned money from people that are just looking for a place to live!! Its been 5 months already n i still haven't heard from them about my money
