Unfortunately, we have had to over the many years have cars repaired due to auto accidents (our kids! and the other drivers!) like 6 times AND FORTUNATELY: EVERY TIME, ARROW GLEN HAS BEEN THERE ... and IMMEDIATELY, and we always love the finished job!! The pricing is awesome. The guaranty and warranty to stand behind their workmanship is without a doubt one of the highlights, and of course, the workmanship (including the paint match and without flaws!) has to be exquisite, and it always is. This is the worst shop I've ever been too. I didn't want to come here in the first place but a "family friend" insisted Gabriel and Eddie were trustworthy. They took 2 months to work on my car and when they said it was ready I noticed the replaced rim was a shade darker than the original. Also, the fender liner was not replaced even though it was broken and distorted. Eddies reason was "they didn't know they were supposed to fix it". In addition, the new headlight and lamp were second hand. They didn't even bother trying to make them look similar to the original ones. The knock off headlight is a shade lighter and not as bright as the one from the dealership and the head lamp is starting to peel. These acts of misconduct are against Texas' Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act and will be reported to the Better Business Bureau.

The most unreliable body shop. The dealership where I got my car at uses this place. It seems like they have an under the table type of deal or something cause the owner of the shop seems annoyed when you call to check on your car. Even though it’s been there for 3 weeks. They constantly change the day the car will be available but won’t call or email to let you know anything about the status.Services: Painting

This place is shady as hell!!! The workers have no idea what is going on. They say they are working on your car and the. They will pull your car out of the bay to work on their friends car. They take forever and constantly find something new they have to fix. The kicker was when they said they had to fix the hood since it wouldn't close and that would take another 5 days. They crazy part the hood didn't close when it was taken in so what the hell where they doing for a month? Definitely not fixing my car.

I have used them twice and both times I was extremely happy with them. They worked with my insurance company and repaired hail damage and were very attentive to my needs and concerns. Any little thing I needed they were on it and eager to please. Replaced my windshield on a separate occasion and their price could not be beat! It has been over a year and I am still very happy with their work. 5 stars all the way!

The tailgate on my truck that I got a couple months back was keyed so I took it in and they fixed it for cheap and in a couple of days. They left it looking brand new. Thank y’all so much!
