This is a great business and the experienced threading technicians are great. However beware of novice techs. Today I requested for Rajpreet to do my brows on the check in kiosk and she had another lady do them instead. I think she was training her and I decided to passively let it go thinking she would guide her in the process. She worked on my left brow and completely messed up my brow shape ?. I specially requested for her to simply clean it up and not change the shape at all. I freaked out when I saw it and then she called Rajpreet over before touching my right brow. Damage is done though. I know hair grows back but I have to deal with a box-y thin brow until it grows back. I most likely will be back but I plan to be firm on who touches my brows from now on.

I love this place!! I've been getting my eyebrows threaded by Rajpreet for years and she does a phenomenal job every time! I recently went to get my underarms waxed and had such a great experience for such an affordable price. The atmosphere is great and everyone is so helpful! I will continue recommending it to friends and family.

Rajpreet is absolutely the best at waxing. She has an amazing technique that was totally painless for me. She is sweet, efficient , and you definitely cannot beat the prices. The salon is very clean and smells lovely. I’m bringing my sister here for our next ladies day out. I’d post a pic but I don’t think anyone wants to see my underarms even if they do look better than they ever have :)

I walked in at 515 and they close at 530. An eyebrow threading doesn't take 15 minutes. The lady (I assume Rahjeep? that's the only name it allowed me select when signing in). reminded me at least twice they close at 530, I kept saying I know. I told her that I like them thick, just a little off the top and bottom. Just clean up the blonde hairs. Keep in mind I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for nine years. She was pushing so hard on my face that the thread kept breaking. At least 10 times. The other lady (I assume owner) kept telling her "well we close at 530. You need to clean still." Over and over again as I'm sitting in the chair. Rahjeep? responded with "all I do is clean and clean. Come in clean. Mop. Clean more. It was pretty unprofessional for them to bicker like that in front of a client. I was wearing eye make up. I've always dabbed my eyes in the corners. She refused to let me dab my eyes because they were watering. She took my tissue from me and smeared my mascara across my eye. Rubbing my eye very hard. And kept telling me to open my eyes with my head back and the tears in them as she's pulling across my eyeball. The light was so bright it was hard to keep them open after pushing on them so hard to keep the brow tight. My brows ended up very thin. More thin than they've ever been. And my left eyebrow has a dip in the top. It does not look good. I have a wedding to go to in a few days so I'm hoping I can fill it in properly. If I go back to this location I'll request someone else.

My first time getting full face threading and let me tell you it wasn’t hurting at all like other people said. The lady who threaded my face did such a wonderful job. Will definitely come back for more sessions.
