This place is a total rip off, they buy parts from the internet for super cheap and then sell them five times the price and then take parts out from the original boxes and sell them separate for extra money. Then LIE AND TELL YOU THAT CERTAIN PARTS DON'T COME IN BOXES, And their return policy is trash. If you accidentally buy the wrong part and spend $400 on it you just Lost all your money. This place is a total rip off. They should be ashamed of themselves

I would like to thank the men of Appliance Parts for their courteous and helpful service. I spoke to Skip on the phone for what I needed, the part was ready when I got there, another serviceman helped me, showed me the part, asked if I was sure that's all I needed, which I thought it was. I found out that I needed the same part but with an attachment. I took the part back and gave kudos to the serviceman for his insight. Skip checked to see if he had the part I needed, though he carried it, he didn't have it in stock, wonders of wonders, this great man, sent me to a competitor who did have it. My money was refunded and off I went. Soooo, there is honor and integrity left in the world, but it only shows up when it's actually needed. Thank you guys for your excellence in service!

Very knowledgeable people including the lady who works there. The gentleman was very helpful. Found my part item eventhough they are not a Samsung appliance dealer, but was able to get with a supplier to get #item.
