“I've lived here at the 68 for a year now and cannot say enough as to how satisfied I am. Great clean and modern apartments sitting right in the Hemisfair Park. I've had an amazing, comfortable experience living here. Bianca (Manager) and Ivanna(Assistant) always greet me with a huge, friendly smile and are quick to solve anything.
Conveniently located A few hundred feet from the Riverwalk, Restaurants, Shops, and next to The Convention Center. I've had an incredibly peaceful and fun experience here and cannot say enough. Just signed another lease with confidence that my great experience is going to continue. On a side note have not seen a cockroach the entire year I've been here, they are non-existant :-) I highly recommend anyone to check the '68 Apartments, I give them High Praise!!!

“my experience at the Easton has been absolutely amazing. I have been living here for a full year and I have absolutely no issues maintenance staff super kind always fixes everything when I put in a work order and they always keep me up-to-date if the part is ordered ….NO roaches!! Pest free apt! The staff in the office is honestly one of the most understanding, helpful, professional people I have ever worked with. The price is right for the area, and I have no issues with my neighbors. I would absolutely recommend the apartments to anyone. Don’t wait, go in and tour an apartment and movie in! I have been thought my fair share of apt experiences and this has been the BEST! The staff really tries there best to keep the complex safe and clean..”
“Excellent apartments to live in located in downtown San Antonio. The gym is great, the pool is big and clean, and the apartments are new with nice amenities (dish washer, washer dryer, AC). The small amount of issues I’ve had maintenance wise were fixed within 1-2 days and the maintenance guys are great. The front desk is also extremely helpful when I was first moving in as I was confused with the app requirement to enter most of the building (it is easy I was just new to the process).”

Recently I was in a real bind and needed to find a place to live quickly. Where I had set up to live is a new build and my apartment wasn't ready on the day my lease was supposed to start.
I was feeling very anxious about this so I contacted Michelle at Inspire and she was super kind. She listened to my story and she was very helpful in finding me a great apartment at an excellent rent. Inspire is one of the only places downtown that has a hot tub and the square footage of their places is amazing.
While I didn't end up renting at Inspire, knowing that I had a 2nd choice made me feel safe and calm. Also, it gave me the ammunition I needed to be able to go back to the first place and tell them that if they didn't give me what I wanted, I wasn't going to move in there. Michelle set me up for success and I just wanted her to know that I really appreciated everything she did for me.”

“I toured the property and it was really nice. The grounds were well maintained the office personnel were very helpful and friendly. When I was shown the unit it was beautiful, the floors are real tile and I'm looking forward to the kitchen. I've never had access to that much counter space. Looking forward to moving in.”
“I have been here for a little over a month, the most positive thing about this place is the maintenance guys. To be specific Sunny. This guy has gone above and beyond for me. My A/C went out the day I moved in. Just went out again two days ago. He took time out of his weekend to work on it a little more to try and fix it. Couldn’t fix it so he installed a window unit for me and sealed it off so my apt could be cool for my kids. I appreciate all he has done for me in the last month. This guy is elite and deserves a raise.
If I didn’t have A/C problems I would have given it 5-stars.”
