Mike's extensive knowledge of apartments in the San Antonio area made finding the right apartment a breeze. He quickly and intuitively adapted suggestions to what I found important in apartments and was very willing to walk me through his thought process when for particular apartments. His experience with many of these apartments and management companies was pivotal in the process and I couldn't have done it without him.

Michael is the absolute best! Someone we know recommended him after he helped them to find their dream apartment, so we called him yesterday and he found the perfect place for us literally within a few hours! He is very personable, super nice, knowledgeable and an amazing person. He at no point tried to sell us anything, he just wanted to help us find the perfect place.
One of a kind and we can only recommend him!

I had a wonderful opportunity to work with Michael Enriquez, who was both extremely professional and incredible useful and helping me find an outstanding townhome on a time crunch. The process is about as easy as I could have ever imagined. Just give them a list of your needs, and they will come back with a series of apartments which suit them. Would definitely recommend.

10/10 would not recommend. If you enjoy being belittled and talked down to this is the place for you. Conversations were very combative from the start. I would not waist your time trying to get assistance here and instead go with a real professional company for your locations services.

I just used Apartment Buddy for the second time and couldn't be happier. I reached out to Mike to help me find a place with all of my many must-haves and he sent me list of places that met my criteria very quickly. From the beginning, it was clear that he was all about taking care of me and what I wanted. I have severe anxiety in social settings since Covid and Mike made sure that I never felt rushed and to took breaks as I needed. He also never allowed me to settle for less than what I wanted, which we all sometimes do when a place you like has everything but one must-have and I ended up with a place better than I'd hoped for. I would like to share the incredible experience I had with Mike from apartment buddy . When I woke up yesterday morning I had no idea what steps to take in looking for a new apt I had felt like I would never find what I was looking for , and that I would end up settling for an apt that was alright but not everything I wanted. Within an hour of talking to Mike he listened to every single problem / concern I had and didn’t forget any of them either, and found the perfect complex for me. Not only is this complex stunning but also had every single thing I wanted in my price range in an amazing area! If you feel lost by apartment searching this is definitely the best way to go ! Not only did Mike go out of his way completely to help me but he also did it in an hour !!! If I could give him 10 stars I would!! Mike is the type of realtor you need in your corner he makes sure to get proper clarification on everything as well as I felt no judgment from him when I was explaining my situation and the way he explained . He was in short words understanding and incredible.
