This company is the shadiest business for instruments that I have ever dealt with when it comes to purchase. Don’t trust them and make sure you start on top of how long you’ve been paying, because they will not notify you once you’ve reached your purchase price option. They just keep charging you without notification

This place is phenomenal!! I took a violin for repair, and then decided to swap it out for a cello, since I've always wanted to play one. Robert Casillas was SO patient and kind, listening to and answering my 101 questions. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone who plays, wants to play, or has a child, who plays violin or cello!!

All the staff was professional and patient while we decided the choice of a premium viola. I wish we would have chosen Antonio Strad Violin instead of another recommendation by the school early on. Three violas later, we finally have an incredible viola to be proud of that sounds epic. Thank you, Chris, for an awesome experience.

Very helpful folks. Had a good sale on the strings I wanted. Good selection of instruments in store and we're inquisitive to how to make the store better for a professional violinist. Even if they don't have what you want online, I'd call and ask!

While I work as a violin maker at Antonio Strad, I am not a paid employee. I make my own violins there. This review concerns the sales and rentals of student level violins. The staff is very responsive to everyone’s needs, and the are knowledgeable sales people, violinists, or repair and restoration experts. I have worked in shops all over the world but I find the work, the honesty and the product at Antonio Strad to be among the best in the violin business for both beginners and more advanced players. School systems will find the manager and owner to be ready and able to supply the right string instruments for your situation. I strongly recommend Antonio Strad violin for your musical needs. People all over Texas are discovering this shop, and the products and services there. Please stop by.

Bad place to get a rental from. I canceled my agreement 4 days prior to the automatic withdrawal and they didn't cancel it nor refund my money. They didn't inform me when my purchase price had been met so I ended up with a $1000 overpayment on the violin I rented. Both the owner and manger refused to contact me, never returning my phone calls.
