I enjoy shopping here often and this is by far one of my favorite stores. However, the past few times I’ve been to the La Cantera location I have had a poor customer service experience during check out. In particular, this has been with a reoccurring employee who is not very friendly as well as inadequately bagging my purchases. The items are not cheap at Anthropologie and the care of bagging the items has always been something Anthropologie took care of. The sales lady I had just rolled my items up and tossed them in the bag. I was very surprised by this.

Lots of different clothing. Very unique and a bit pricey. They dishware and glasses are very nice. I like to shop there when they have sales.Also great selection on candles

I received an online Anthropology order with the security tag still on and extremely wrinkled with no packaging. I came by the store to get the security tag removed, which they kindly did. When asked if they could please steam the (130$) velvet shirt a little, I was told they didn't have anything in the store to help remove the wrinkles... uh ok.

Never been in the store until today and had to do a return for my daughter. Absolutely an awesome experience and a great store....but truly the attitude and willingness to help displayed by Maria was above and beyond. Super understanding....went and got the replacement item from the shelf. Smiled and had a super attitude the entire time....absolutely awesome

Most, if not all of my clothes and food photography props come from Anthro. Back in late 2019-2021, the staff there was so engaging, kind, and helpful. They had an influx of new hires around late 2021 and the customer service has all gone downhill, with the exception of one or two staff members who are always super excited to greet and help me. I even had to ask a store manager why she greeted someone after walking past me multiple times without even a "hello." Nevertheless, I love Anthro and will continue to shop there hoping my favorite employees are on duty when I go.

Anthropology?! Anthropologie! This is mostly a women's store, but they still have a fun, rustic retro kinda vibe that I can dig. They have some fun housewares stuff that usually revolves around birds or alcohol or flowers. They have a neat selection of things like drawer pulls or bookends or tchotchkes that you can put on your bookshelf or bedside table. It's all stuff that's nice to have, but with an extra cutesy yet rustic and classy design element that makes it all come together. This stuff looks like it'd be at Martha Stewart's log cabin in the woods. When I went, the place was a bit of a madhouse, but that was Black Friday. Mobs of people came crashing in for deals, and left the store in a bit of disarray. The clerks were outnumbered by customers several times over. It was packed. If you bump into someone here, do you owe them an apologie?
