Arrived 1st customer felt rushed, half- a__ pedicure 4 others came were offered water/soda had to remind to do more, I've purchased gift certificates for my wife in the passed I'm done. Other co-wrkrs had more than 1 customer why she was rushing, feet still felt ruff had to finish at home $55 n gave 15tip. Was the only man there. Told her stop rushing was sort of cutting my feet up. Good grief, hopefully my next post will be 5 stars

So the name changed from Ann's nails to Kawaii nails & spa. I had asked them about the name change and they said they are still the same people just new name. The last time I was in here was YEARS AGO!! They did a full remodel on the inside and it is so nice! I got a pedicure and so did my daughter and we both enjoyed it very much. I actually enjoyed this place so much that I got a gift certificate for my mom to come by and try it out when she can. I will be coming back to this location because of the quality of the work, cleanliness of the establishment and great customer service.

Probably the worst pedi for 50 bucks I have received. The polish wasn't dry after 45 minutes . Lady was rude and the man that done NY daughters pedi was grossly rubbing her side and back before she just got up and keft

50 dollars for my nail to break of a day after getting them done. I would not recommend this place. I also realized my nails were 2 significantly different lengths

Honestly, this was the best experience I could I asked for. Especially for a walk-in. So happy with the way they turned out. It was exactly what I asked for. Will definitely be going back to this location.

When I say this is the BEST place, I mean it. I paid about 55$ for my nails (70 with tip), and the outcome IS AMAZING!!! I got a hand massage, nails prep, design, and color. JENNY was the kindest, sweetest girl you'll ever meet. Drinks are offered, comfort is adjusted. SO AMAZING!Service: Manicure

Final pedicure looks nice! BUT I would not go here again - not the cleanest place - pretty dark and old looking inside. Largest issue I have is the "convenience fee" charged on my receipt. NEVER at ANY salon has a "convenience fee" been charged. Who is it convenient for when no one was in the business when I got there as a walk-in? The fee was only $1.44 - I think it is more the principle about it!Service: Pedicure

I went in for a pedicure and had a horrible experience. Nail tech kept cutting the same cuticle. The cut kept bleeding and was painful. Nail tech did not check water temperature and sprayed my cut toe with scalding hot water.The worst part about all this experience is now I am sitting here with an infected toe and on antibiotics for 7 days.Thanks to this experience I will no longer get pedicures. I do a much better job doing my own nails. Pedicures are supposed to be relaxing not torture.Service: Pedicure

Apparently l ordered the angry deluxe pedicure special. The technician seemed to be racing to finish the pedicure, appeared upset, and kept yanking on my legs to move them.It could’ve just been her personality, but this is the first time I’ve felt more stressed after a pedicure. It’s a shame, because the other technicians seemed friendly and easygoing. If you do end up coming here, my recommendation would be to avoid the angry older woman technician.Service: Pedicures

I've gone to Anne's for years and have always received great service. Always clean, and staff are attentive and friendly. Services provided have always been of good quality, and typically a short wait if any at all. Prices are reasonable as well, and requred certificates are always posted.
