10 months ago my wife had an issue with the first figure she bought from here; we ended up being jerked around by staff and the owner for a few days before they exchanged it for a display model (after 4 trips back and forth).We figured maybe they had sorted themselves out, so gave them another chance today. Yet another figure with damage. A Hatsune Miku figure with a little fanny pack that has a screen with a musical note on it -- i went ahead and watched unboxing of this same figure to confirm it was supposed to have the screen-- the screen is not there. We noticed some signs the box had been previously open, but brushed them off until we saw this.Based on our experience last time, we won't even attempt to return it. $35 lesson (this time) to never buy figures from here again.

"My first time there,..."Relaxing setting nice music for all,...the food was great for health...just right for the heart." Our waiter,"Indra," was very nice his service was on point...."Bring your wallet for a "taste meal...sit in...enjoy...leave a nice tip, too!"

I want to start this review off with saying we (my sibling and I) typically like coming into this place but this most recent time when we came in, there was an employee we have never seen working that day, and they were not friendly. We usually come in for gachapon and then will check out some of the figures and usually everyone is friendly even when its busy. It was quiet that day no other customers were in there.First we had asked the lady at the register if we could purchase some tokens for the machine, and she asks if we know how to use them, we tell her we do. When we went over used one of the machines the capsule wasn't coming out (we put one to many coins in on accident) and she had come over immediately fixed it and went back to the counter. We did a couple of machines and then went up to the counter to ask her to help us get a couple figures out of one of the cases so that we could purchase them.When we asked her to open up the figures case to purchase a couple of the figures she opened it and got the figure out. Then she closed it and locked it then asked if there was anything else we say yes and ask her to get the second figure out of the same case and this is where we had the issue of her being snippy with us, because immediately after she gets it out she says "Is there anything else I can get you before I lock it up again" she said it in an annoyed tone. After that we didn't feel comfortable staying in the store any longer because her demeanor remained the same, so we checked out and left.Typically I would be understanding, sometimes people have bad days and it can affect how you act at work. But when I looked at other reviews it seemed as if someone had a similar issue fairly recently with who I assume was the same woman since I've only seen guys working here the last several months. They said she had an attidue of acting like she didn't want to be there or working there. To be honest I don't know if I or my sibling feel comfortable going in again especially while she is working.

Nice store for the anime fan. Plenty of Japanese vending machines, some food, and all the figurines and building kits you could want.

Started walking in to meet my son and husband and I had a freaking lollipop and couldn't go in because they don't allow "outside food"....a lollipop! Lol so yea didn't get to go in
