I went in for a dent on my quarter panel, Chris was such a help and such a kind person!! It only took about an hour and he was very thoughtful in explaining everything to me before and after he fixed it. Very knowledgeable person. 10/10 would recommend this place to a friend!!

Arrived today to get a state inspection done. Walked in wasn't acknowledged or anything. When guy behind counter was finished with lady customer you would think he would say can I help you? No, I had to make first move and told him what we needed (inspection sticker) and he rolled his eyes and said keys and insurance and I told him we were getting the insurance paperwork. He then took car to back and coincidentally the person I was with and talking to, I told him of the guys attitude and that places like this business don't really make anything off state inspections so they usually try to find some way to make money! Well, sure enough he comes in and says it needs a side bulb on the side of the car!?! Not even included in what is required to be working. I then asked him is it necessary and his smart response was of course or I would not be telling you. Then proceeded to say something about having to tear the fender off etc. to repair it! Wow! We drove down the street and got inspection in 15 minutes!?! Be aware of these type of places!

It was a clean establishment. I didn't get good customer service when I went in, nobody greeted me and I felt like I was bothering them. They quoted me $600 for a repair, when I took it down the street to Casias Auto Shop on Grissom, they quoted me $280 and solved the problem just as efficiently and had my car to me the next day.

Honest mechanics and management! Do great work and don't try to have you pay for something unnecessary for your vehicle or overcharge you. You know that is difficult to find! That is why I drive right by dozens of mechanics to bring our vehicles to Anderson Garage!

Anderson Garage has wonderful service. Carlos replaced my car trunk lock which kept popping open, replaced the vacuum switching valve which caused the "check engine light " to come on, and even replaced the dead car key fob battery without being asked. I had the state inspection done also. All was done in two days at an excellent price compared to the estimate at the Toyota dealer. I am so happy to have my car back so quickly.Elizabeth M.P.S. They are good on pricing ... Very knowledgeable on what's wrong with your car. And get it done RIGHT the first time . I recommend them to everyone that ask Ms about a mechanic.. I take all my cars to them . They are very trustworthy. Ty guys .
