I am very happy with my purchase of a 2024 Chevrolet Silverado 1500! Excellent service. I was greeted at the service entrance and asked to wait for the service Advisor. In a few minutes, Michael came up advised me of the services they were to perform and asked if I was waiting. My truck was ready in short time to my satisfaction.

Robert Weigel assisted us from the minute we walked in the door. He was informative, friendly, and I appreciate that he took the time to listen to what we wanted without interuption. We did have a specific vehicle in mind which turned out to be smaller than expected, so Robert showed us other inventory that would be better suited to our family, but still within our budget. We hit a small hiccup regarding our trade in, but the finance manger knew exactly how to handle the situation and we have been in contact to get everything resolved so we can move forward smoothly. This has been one of the best experiences we have had with purchasing a new vehicle.

We were replacing our 2018 Chev 3500. Y'all were very understanding of our situation with that vehicle being in a very different dealership (over 10 months!) for service and repair.
Once that truck was towed to ANCIRA, it was immediately and honestly diagnosed with the help of your experienced Ancira Service Manager, Mr. Anthony Jetter.
My husband and I thought it over and sold that truck to a gentleman who will pay Ancira to PUT THAT TRUCK BACK TOGETHER and then it'll be sold at auction. Ancira was very patient and your service department was so supportive.
During that entire process, FRANK in Sales patiently worked for several weeks with us to select a NEW 1500 truck, gorgeous color, that fits our current needs so much better. Working with Frank, who never gave up, was awesome. Our Finance Advisor also worked DILIGENTLY to get us affordable and fair financing.
We are thrilled to have a real truck once again to drive. It's beautiful and Ancira NEVER disappoints us!!! THANK Y'ALL SO MUCH !!!
