The dealership was awesome and the staff was very helpful because I had lotta questions. It was also the best experience I’ve ever had with service anywhere on a vehicle. It was done in a timely manner, and I was able to go about my day.

My Kia was stolen a couple weeks ago so when we dropped off the car for repair, we had no appointment and was considered a walk-in. We were told that it may take a week just to have the car assessed. We dropped it off on a Friday evening. By Monday afternoon the car had be assessed and by Thursday afternoon the car was ready. Ancira Kia wasted no time getting my vehicle back to me and Ian kept me informed every step. Great experience with Ancira Kia!!

My car was released to me in such great condition! The service I received from Adriana was beyond my expectations. She returned calls in a timely manner, was always polite and professional. She explained things to me clearly, and everything she did for me is so much appreciated. I apologize this took so long. My husband has health issues, so it was a priority. It limits my free time. My car was clean and smelled like brand new. Additionally, the vents were cleaned thoroughly, where I have had trouble cleaning those before. I only wish I could take my car back to have it cleaned as thoroughly as that again, as long as it doesn’t cost too much because I’m on Social Security. I could not have asked for a better experience from this dealership and Adriana!

My car is still actively being worked on here and I can’t wait to get it back and never return to this Kia or any Kia the rest of my life. My car was dropped off August 28th and is still there. They never pick up their phones ever!! At any time. Anytime we do get through, the person we need to talk to is busy and will call back, newsflash THEY DONT CALL BACK. They change their stories every time we finally do get ahold of them. Just recently we were told they ordered the wrong window and we’re waiting for the correct one to come in, the next time we hear from them the window is suddenly on back order. Which is no surprise since every Kia in existence is being broken into because Kia doesn’t install anti-theft into their vehicles yet as the consumer Im being punished. My car rental is up, and because of the lack luster of the service team, I am expected to pay 40$ a day for a rental. I literally am waiting to get my car back without a window, NOT COMPLETED because of this. It’s ridiculous. Save yourself and don’t buy a Kia! Not worth it, and if you have one and need it fixed, we’ll I hope you have 2 months or more worth of car rental available on your car insurance policy.EDIT*****Tried to call Jason Meise 10/01/23 and there was no answer. We left names and a return phone number to call. It’s been two days and we have not heard back. Only furthering my point they do not answer or call back.Also 10/03/23 - Went to pick up my car UNFINISHED with a check I HAD TO PICK UP because Kia swears up and down they did not receive it despite one being send August 31st AND September 20th. Now we’re sitting here waiting because the one person who has to help us is on lunch break (she’s always on lunch break everytime we call, no matter what time we call) and it should’ve already been taken care of as this has been planned since Monday 10/01 and both my insurance and Kia assured me that it would be ready to go and I would just have to pick up my car.It’s a mess and again, there is no one trying to help or make this right.Update- Adrianna wasn’t on break they were stallling because they were trying to “vacuum some of the glass up even though they didn’t have too”. Even though directly in the INVOICE they were paid for 30 minutes of glass clean up. (Pictures show they did not). As I watched her outside talking to several customers. It’s one thing if she’s in the middle of something but don’t lie and say she’s on a lunch break.EDIT #2!!!!****They didn’t even fix what they were paid to fix. They were paid to detail our car and clean up the blood from the break in and they told us “it wasn’t in the order” even though it specifically was. They didn’t replace the chrome molding on the two back doors. Despite that also being on the invoice that they SAY “they fixed”. They say they fixed the trim on the right door but there’s no way as glass was still sticking out of it with a window cover that left tons of residue on our car. Our radio screen damage is x3 as bad as it was when we first brought it in.So now we have to take it to another shop and have Kia reimburse our insurance so the next shop can ACTUALLY fix it.They’re a bunch of liars at this shop. They said they did an oil change too, and they didn’t even change the oil. ? My car literally tells me when it’s been reset, and you would think them being a Kia mechanic shop, they’d know that about their cars. It’s a joke.DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE TO GET REPAIRED. Don’t give any business to these people.

DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR VEHICLE!! Take photos on their property prior to handing over your keys! I learned the hard way.. I took my Kia here to service my fuel pump filter on 9/25/23 and when I dropped it off my rims were untouched. Zero scratches or gashes. Brand new rims!! My visors were all intact as well, I should know.. I used my mirror daily!When I picked up my vehicle on 9/28/23 I immediately noticed the two deep gashes on my rear drivers side rim. I immediately informed the service employee, Nicole, who helped and communicated with me through the process of my car being serviced. She said it didn't look like it had been done on their property and asked if I were sure it werent already there when arriving. She questioned if the professionals at the wheel shop I purchased them from months prior had damaged them and I had just not noticed. Rims are not cheap, I check them very often and I especially checked them AT the dealership after giving her my keys. They were in PERFECT condition!!!Nicole took a photo and assured me someone would reach out to me by 3pm the following day. Well the next day came and after not hearing a word, or receiving a response from nicoldle after asking for an update via text, as we had been communicating before. I called and asked for a manager. I spoke with the service manager around 6:30pm and after questioning me intrusively as Nicole had done the day before, he insisted it could not have been done while in their care and offered me a "discount on their wheel repair services" ......a discount for damages one of their employees did to my vehicle.... that is the most insulting response I could have imagined receiving. He also promised to send me horrible ipad photos (his words) of my vehicle with screen shots of the time/date stamps to prove their innocence. I did not receive those either.Bottom line, I want repercussions for the damages done to my vehicle.

We brought a Mini Cooper S from Andrew De Lo Santos. His very honest and kind. Normally they dont let you drive on the highway, but since we came from houston for this car, he made an exception. The car drove great, he even noticed there was some shaking on the wheel and took it to his manager to take a look. We brought the car, and were able to pick it up after a week completely cleaned inside and out. Even the engine bay was spotless! He triple checked to make sure it was ready before we drove back to pick it up. It was a pleasant experience.

My experience was amazing from the time I pulled into the service center and was greeted, to being checked out and taken care of by Nicole! You're in good hands if Nicole is in the mix! She is an asset to the company and is very helpful! I live 45 minutes away and although I could easily get serviced close to my house, I come to this Kia because of the customer service! Keep up the amazing work!

For the past 2 years I have gotten my vehicle serviced through Ancira Kia. Every visit has been excellent, I recently had to go in last minute for a service and Mario went above and beyond in making sure my vehicle gets taken care of before my road trip. He paid attention to my needs and gave me all my options. He made my visit hassle and worry free. One thing I like the most about coming here is the attention to detail as well as the free wash they give your vehicle.

I can not recommend Nichole from service enough, she really went above and beyond. Was helpful, thorough, and made suggestions that felt honest and not an up-sale. Even though this isn't the closest Kia for us by quite a few miles I will be coming back if needed in the future. A real 10/10 experience

The Ancira KIA, San Antonio were very professional and the customer service personnel kept me informed of the progress while my vehicle was getting repaired. In addition they were able to complete a safety recall at the same time.

I want to personally thank the entire Service Team for taking care of my car’s oil change this morning. I was advised it was first come first serve, but unfortunately, the information was incorrect. However, the team treated me with such great respect and care even though I didn’t have an appointment! Thank you for the amazing service this morning. I’ll be sure moving forward to schedule an appointment on Saturday mornings. AWESOME TEAM!!! RG

I take my car to Ancira Kia and the service is on point. No complaints. I've been working withDaniel and he's awesome. He helped me with my car doing my Kia boys situation he called me and kept me informed on what the insurance was not taking care of. I appreciate his professionalism
