May change this after my service appointment. The lady that was making my appointment for my gladiator was trying to get me to go somewhere else. I wanted to take it here cause I was unhappy with other dealerships and they offer loaners here. The lady kept trying to convince me I didn't want to get my services done here. I have a differential fluid change and leak to fix and it is going to be customer pay but apparently this lady thinks my money is better spent somewhere else.

Maybe one of the only honest services departments you'll find at a dealership. Took our Gladiator in for our last "included" service. They automatically added changing the engine and cabin filters, but never inquired if I wanted the service performed. Those are costly maintenence items that I take care of easily on my own. The service manager quickly confirmed that no one spoke to me about those added items, and then removed them from our bill. We'll definitely continue using their service dept!

Ed, in the service department, is always so helpful and very communicative. I really appreciate his honesty and the way he goes above and beyond for his clients. He is a great asset to this team! Keep up the great work!

The only redeemable factor giving them more than 1star was the 2 service managers in charge who were very professional and reasonable with me as we discussed a few concerns I had with repairs.
Than being said, I told them to not move forward with a repair to a window because I could get it done for $128 rather than the more than $500 they taxed me and it took 4 days to get a reply which was at that point "oh we already put it in" 4 days after I said don't. On top of having no brake issues and simply wanting to out in steel brake lines out of pleasure not necessity which turned into a bill of over 3800$ when now after they got hands on with the brakes it now need brand new , mopar only, parts and $3000 in labor give or take a few dollars.
I originally brought it in with an electrical issue and day 1 I stated it needs a new TIPM which is the fuse box. I told them why this was the case yet I get double charged an insane diagnostic fee over $200 each time and closer to $220 when they misdiagnosed it the first time and said it was just a fuse which for my problems made absolutely no sense and as I picked the car up don't make it a quarter of a mile and every light in the dash flashes. So I have to tow it back again. Then they dare asked me for permission to move forward with the diagnostic essentially doubling my cost because they misdiagnosed it the first time and what do you know I get a call 2 days later telling me then now want an additional 3500$ for it to be operational and what do you know this whole time it IS the exact part I told them to replace day 1 and at this point it's a month and a half later, they won't give me a loaner even though I said day 1 what was wrong and they double charge me to finally come to the same conclusion, I should have charged THEM for diagnosing it , and because they were so smart being the "experts" they kept it a month and a half meanwhile I'm paying for Uber costing me more than my rent bill because they were the "experts" .
Well experts charging $220 for Thier expertise and time don't leave Thier tools in the car, leave the battery disconnected, they don't remove your carbon fiber hood and when I come to pick it up reattach it with 1 damn bolt which was on literally by a single turn and leave the other bolts on the track where the hood comes down on the car leaving my carbon hood being smashed down on top of them only held by the single turn and the latch in front that absolutely caused micro fracturing within the fiberglass and carbon which absolutely will cause that latch to eventually fail and crack apart . I can't even open and close my door because one of your techs damaged the top of of the door card leaving it to snag and catch the latch every time and I love how on the second drop off how I got called to ask what happened to the door all the sudden as if I would have been driving around and having to get in and out of the car like that every single time every day and almost pretending like it didn't happen when I dropped it off originally which by the fruits of your labor on my car it kinda proves alone that your very capable of such.
The bill is also incorrect as I'm told that we can cut back on specific charges because it just made no sense that I still paid for and not only that but there's hundreds in charges for things I was never told about and for a part I found in a bag in the damn car they said I needed and it was because the guy misplaced the bag so I got charged. Absolutely unreal and today after alllll that nonsense I'm disrespected by being told I'm "I need to know today for sure 2 either charge you an additional $3500 to do this junk level work on your car otherwise it'll be inoperative and I'll be towing it off the lot. I work 12 hour days, am trying as a single parent to move kids around after and during those 12 hours with an Uber and after an unexpected 4k bill that didn't even fix my car causing me to continue

If I could give no stars, I would! This is the most rudest/ unprofessional service dealership I have ever been to! First, we scheduled an oil change. On the day of the oil change, the representative didn't check us in properly, and we ended up waiting over 2 hrs. Then we called to see if our tires were covered because we had a nail in one of them. I called 3 times, with each time being placed on hold for 10 mins just to get hung up on each time. If I can take my car to another place I would!! Would not recommend this service location.

When we bought our used Acura, we came with cash and a pre-bought warranty.
Of course, we fell for their warranty instead. We were promised it was “Nationwide”.
However, that is not the case. My wife’s Acura is sitting there, for 10 days until they “can get to it”, because they HAVE to service the warranty. Although they have already told us they can’t service the vehicle.
BBB…here we come!

I am deeply disappointed with the advertised veteran 10% discount at this establishment. Despite spending $220 on maintenance, I received a meager $3.50 discount. It's clear this place is not veteran-friendly. When I inquired about the discount, the cashier had no clue how it worked, simply saying, "I just press a button, and the veteran discount is added." This lack of knowledge and minimal discount left me feeling undervalued and unappreciated as a veteran. In addition, my engin light turned on after the maintenance was completed.

Brought my 2016 Jeep Wrangler for an engine light in March 2024. 5-6 days later I was told that both catalytic converters needed to be replaced, luckily still under warranty. Then two days later engine light came back on for a failed o2 sensor, which is part of the catalytic converter. But, engine light would just come on intermittently. Made an appointment to drop off the Jeep, again, on April 3rd. Was told that since the o2 sensor could have been reattached incorrectly so this would be tagged to go to the front of the line. Well, two days later and nothing. Jeep is still parked in one of the lots. This is the second time, within 6 months, where I had to bring my Jeep back because something was not attached correctly. As of 4/9/24, still waiting for some type of confirmation if my vehicle will be ready today, tomorrow, or sometime this month.

I came in & was pleasantly surprised at the hour & 1/2 it took for the recall/oil change. However, when I got home I heard a sizzling noise. My husband opened the hood to find oil spilled all over & coolant level was extremely low. So we called service manager, said to bring back for under hood detail & top off coolant. I made appt the following week, now I’ve been here 3.5 hours. Seriously why did it take so long? Ridiculous!!!! So 5 hours of my life wasted cause it wasn’t done right the first time. Guess we’ll just do it ourselves…that way it’ll be done right.
