The worst possible experience. Do NOT, I repeat, DO NOT do business with this company. My wife went to them and purchased a bunk bed for my daughter. They told us the shipment would take longer than normal because they were going to ship it from Los Angeles, due to weather concerns in Dallas. The idea was that it may take 7 days but there wouldn't be any unforeseen delays. GREAT! Right? .....wrong I have been waiting over 2 weeks now and have yet to receive my shipment. Through out the entire process I had to initiate every bit of communication. I have been strung along day by day, always talking to someone new. I have been lied to, given false and inaccurate expectations, been sent false documentation, among a litany of other issues. If I were able to give a score of negative stars I would have. Beware! You are not valued as a customer by these people! They will take your money and hang you out to dry! DO NOT for any reason do business with America's Furniture Distribution, unless you enjoy Russian roulette.
