This company is owned by a veteran but taking veterans money fraudulently. We have returned the product in March and they still collect the full amount from Tricare and billed us. When I talked to them they said sorry they will fix it but they are still billing us for the product we never used and returned. I will never work with this company again. It has been 5 months and they still can’t figure out their own mess.

AMERICAN MEDICAL REHAB CO Worst billing service ever! They go through Doxo and they charge you $3.99 to pay your bill plus my amount due was $35.16 total was $39.15. due by April 17, 24. I paid with my USAA CARD on time on April 15, 24 and withdrawal posted on April 16, 24 showing immediately out of my bank account!!!! I have proof a copy screen shot and downloaded from my bank account. I checked and they rcvd my payment. The next month I rcvd another statement from AMERICAN MEDICAL A REHAB CO showing a late fee. $10.00 bc they didn't post payment until May 6, 24. I WILL NOT PAY THIS LATE FEE BC YOUR NEGLECT IN POSTING YOUR PAYMENTS ON TIME!!!I HAD BRAIN NECK SPINE SURGERY THE MOST DANGEROUS SURGERY AND IN THE HOSPITAL. I HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS BULL. INVOICE #82591 ACCOUNT #33390 SHERRI WHITE. This bill was for a walker and more. I am so tired of companies taking advantage of individuals and their health. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! THEY MAKE MONEY OFF YOU WITH DOXO. DOXO KEEPS EMAILING ME HARASSING ME WITH SEE YOUR NEXT BILL. I HAVE NO BILLS WITH YOU! WATCH OUT PEOPLE!

Iam disable for the past 10 years unable to walk so I've use a mobility scooter to get around I have always purchase my own but never ask my medicare insurance to help get one finally I could not afford one so decided to go through my insurance so they sent American Rehab. They were helpful they got me a electric wheel chair tried to get use to it always having problems with it very undependable worth decision to get a electric wheel chair I wish they take back every time I see it I want to burn it . I hope American Rehab. Read this my name is Simon Prado#210 6729274 very unsatisfied with electric wheel chair if I didn't owe on it I take it to the city dump.

We had two recliner chairs delivered yesterday by Jason and Silas for American Medical and Rehab Inc. Excellent and fast delivery service from these two gentlemen. They were careful in bringing recliners up the stairs and took the time to assemble chairs and explain every function on each chair. This is a top-notch company that we will certainly be doing business with again and we highly recommend them. Again, excellent customer service from initial contact in store while ordering the recliners and upon delivery.

Amazing business, very helpful when renting my wheelchair and CPM machine after knee surgery. Only reason it's 4 stars is because, like mentioned below 2 years ago, their website is "still being built". Otherwise, they've been amazing. Sent a tech out to my house to show me how to properly use the CPM machine and adjust it. The wheelchair works great. Wonderful staff and very accommodating!

We purchased an electric wheelchair for my husband who is in a rehab/nursing home. Service far exceeded expectations. My husband's needs were knowledgeably evaluated and the chair was adapted to his specific needs and with his safety in mind. We're now having a lift chair repaired by American Medical because we are so pleased by their caring service.

After having received some very poor customer service with other medical supply companies, we called these guys. They were super friendly and helpful and has our equipment in stock when MANY others were saying they would have to order and it wouldn't be in for a week. Highly recommend these guys!!

They were AMAZING. Not only were they friendly and prompt they went above and beyond. I was trying to get a leg scooter for my son and was having issues with the Tricare referral they made several calls on my behalf trying to get the referral done AND once they got the referral the scooter was delivered to my front door within an hour!!!

After my accident, American Medical & Rehab really helped me get the right equipment I needed incredibly quick. The staff was great, very friendly, and was there to help in a flash if I needed it. Sadly, one thing kept made me take away a star. Guys, check your calendar, it's 2017 and we've advanced to a new technology called a computer. In the 21st century everything is done on computers. Shoot, even the junior high school kid who cuts my yard every two weeks has a website for his business and he's only 13. You can go to his web page and change the time between cuts or add service like trimming bushes. There's also a price list to help you calculate the cost You can even pa your bill with a credit right there on his site. even pay your monthly fee. So, I strongly suggest you find someone like my lawn maintenance guy, pay him or her a few hundred dollars to build you a great website and launch your company into the computer age. It's amazing what these things computers can do. Meanwhile, since I haven't written a check in over a year, I'll search the house to see if I can find my checkbook.
