Very bad service from the owner name HENRY… he doesn’t know how to take care of customer.. he is being so rude since day one I have make an appointment for installing my running board.. wasted my 20 days.. I would not recommend this place at all…

My husband wanted his truck lifted for Christmas and I searched for a place with great reviews and you guys did not disappoint. Let me first start off by saying that I’ve never encountered such rudeness and improper phone etiquette such as when I called their front desk person. He was very argumentative and didn’t even attempt to assist me with my concern. I took my 2019 truck in about a month ago to get the running boards replaced. When I called them I spoke to someone that was willing to assist. When I showed up with my truck the person at the desk went outside opened up the hood messed with the circuit pañal, pulled a few circuits and said that that wasn’t it and I would have to leave the truck to get it looked at further. That same day I came back and picked it up, still no issues there. Fast forward two weeks later my A/C has been in and out and now is no longer working. I called to see if I could bring my truck back in to get it looked at since they were the ones that repaired anything on it and was given nothing but attitude. The person that answers the phone is very confrontational from the very start. Almost like he doesn’t want to assist you without knowing your needs. I informed him about my issue and he said they had nothing to with it as soon as I told him. I explained what had happened and still refused to assist me. Said they do do anything with A/Cs.” and they’re not responsible. I had another scheduled appointment to get some else to my truck but told him to just cancel it. I would warn anyone that’s thinking about taking their vehicle to this place to be careful. They won’t take responsibility for what they do after they’ve completed work.I also informed the person on the phone to cancel my future appointment and that I would be taking the truck to Toyota to check the A/C since they won’t even take a look. He told me to go ahead and they didn’t want my business. Again, no phone etiquette from this person. Lastly I informed him that I would be writing this review. He told me to “right ahead since he’s the one that receives and replies to the reviews.” Hope no one else has to deal with this rudeness in this place. There are better places in town that are polite and happy to work with customers.

Wow! This was my first time working with American Elite, and I couldn’t have been more impressed. They got me in as a “walk-in” as I needed to have the lift kit on my Ram retorqued. Henry (extraordinarily personable and professional) communicated with me as they did the work and ensured we were aligned on what would be done. They completed the job promptly and with the highest quality work. And the price? To say it was more than reasonable is an understatement. I highly recommend American Elite Outfitters.

Amazing customer service and workmanship. Thanks to John for setting me up with a gorgeous new bed liner at a great price. American Elite is legit. Anyone at the counter can take care of your needs. Jon Estrada helped me with my new truck, he suggested the right parts for the perfect look on my new 3500 GMC Denali dually. He checked every modification for fit before we ordered. Awesome experience with American Elite Outfitters! John and the team took really good care of me and my truck. I knew what I wanted going in and was given even better options at a great price. This is my third visit for upgrades (i.e., leveling, 4in-lift, and powered running boards), and never had a problem. I’ve been to a few truck accessory shops in the area, but they lacked customer service, these guys are friendly and professional. I’ll be back for my next upgrade!
