I had a positive initial experience with my lash technician, but subsequent visits were disappointing. My second appointment began with my tech appearing tired, and my lashes ended up sticking together. When consulting with a junior stylist later, I learned my previous tech had used a mix of classic and volume lashes, despite my membership specifying volume. This lack of transparency led me to cancel my membership. However, I was unexpectedly charged again in February, and the studio claimed a written cancellation was needed, which had apparently been sent to my spam folder. I requested to hear the recorded proof, awaiting a response. Overall, I'm disappointed with their business operations and hope for a resolution soon. I do not want a credit I would really like my money back.

I’ve been seen by a total of 4 people since I’ve started coming here. I like Amber most as she did my eyebrow tint and they came out perfect.My complaints:-The eyelash work by every person I saw was subpar in my opinion.-One of the girls that did my lashes was laughing at me and told me that the staff was laughing too when they saw what a bad job the first girl that did my lashes had done.-She was 30 mins late to our appointment and I told her that I needed to leave at 3:15 while she was working on me, she allowed the time to go on purpose just so she could apply more lashes. (Don’t get me started on her venting to me about the workplace drama and racism at Amazing Lash Studio)- The person who did my latest brow tint and lashes did such a subpar job that I just wanted to cancel my subscription and leave. I was going for an ombré look and this is what the result was after I asked her to clean up the lower brow line and make the brows less blunt.(the brows looked messy af)At this point I’ll only go back if Amber does my brows because she actually made me feel pretty with her work.Update: Management should already have my phone number and email since I had a whole subscription with you all so please be for real and come more genuine than that, thanks.Services: Eyebrow beautification

I have been coming to Amazing Lash Village at Stone Oak for 2 years and Saffron has been my stylist the entire time. Saffron is professional, honest, and a highly skilled stylist. I expected a lot from this place but the lashes I got done were subpar. The lash tech took two hours to put a “hybrid” set that looked like a classic set - or a really bad looking classic set, with a lot of spaces between the lashes. Within a day, more than 2-3 lashes are falling out. Way overpriced for the service they offer.

I received my first lash lift yesterday and am beyond disappointed in the results. After my appointment was over I noticed that only the end corners of my lashes were curled upwards while the rest of my lashes stuck straight out and did not appear to be “lifted” at all. I was told that this would get better after the glue started to separate after 24hrs and that my lashes would look longer and fuller. After checking out, I was told that this certain tech just started doing lash lifts and that the employees didn’t even know that she was approved to do lifts.I followed all of the aftercare instructions (don’t touch eyes, don’t get lashes wet, no makeup, no crazy activities, etc). By the end of the day I had glue peeling off of my eyelids and my lashes pointed DOWNwards while still being clumped. The very corner of my lashes are still lifted while the rest are the absolute opposite.I am so upset as this was an expensive service and it is a worse outcome than if I just stayed natural and never paid to get my lashes done to begin with. I gave two stars because the staff was welcoming and comforting on my first visit. If it weren’t for this I definitely would only be giving a one star review.

Biggest scam ever! If I could rate it one stars I would in these last few months I've had to sit here and watch how much money they have scammed out of my girlfriend with hidden fees and lies and it just blows my mind how they are still in business. Never again is she going back.

Best studio ever!! My lashes always come out so full and nice no matter who I’ve seen. All the stylists are great, the front desk is so friendly. The new manager they have was so patient when i asked 50 million questions about a mini service. Love it love it love it!

first time getting lashes, they did great! the place was nice and being new they were very welcoming and I didn’t feel lost or confused through any of it. I am in the humidity a lot and they are holding up really well. The lady who did them seemed experienced and listened to what I wanted and executed it well. I talked about how i didn’t want them a certain way on my eye, and she did a good job. definitely would recommend this place to a friend. Nice staff, clean, beautiful work, and I wish I knew the name of the lady who did them because she did great ❤️

Management and staff are professional, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. This Amazing Lash location is always well kept and clean. Membership prices might seem steep, but the quality of care, services, and products are worth every penny. Highly recommend master stylist, Saffron. My lash retention has never been better! I’ve been here for years - had every level of stylist -all good but I have to say, Dasha does the best job and is not even a master stylist.
