The salon has a lovely, spa-like aesthetic that I really appreciated. I got a full set of eyelash extensions, and while the experience was pleasant, I was concerned by how quickly it was done--much faster than at my usual salon. A good set of eyelash extensions typically requires time and precision to ensure they last, so the rushed service made me uneasy. Unfortunately, my concerns were validated when the extensions were completely gone within a week. This was particularly frustrating as I had them done specifically for a cruise.

This place sucks don’t go here service is terrible . My lashes had clusters of glue & I got charged for a service I did not receive $100 worth.
As I am aware I was a model client& I had a scheduled appt for the 17 I was unable to get in contact w this location to cancel and they charged me for this service & when I called to get a return they told they were unable to do so. I was otp w her and she stayed silent the whole time she doesn’t not respond to me with an anything. Terrible customer service & then the lash tech reached out to me on my personal Facebook ! I don’t think that’s right that should be against a policy . SMH
They claim to have send an email & text msg & vm the only thing I have from them is one missed called with no voicemail do better amazing lashes. This is disappointing DO NOT GO HERE EXPECTING A GREAT EXPERIENCE THEY ALLOW PEOPLE THAT ARE NOT 100% EDUCATED TO LASH AT THIS STUDIO .

My lash lady wasn’t available for this weekend and I had to get my lashes done. I saw 99$ deal as for amazing lash. Mind you I was long time member but didn’t work out so I terminated like years ago. Today. I paid $160 and it was not worth it. Suppose to be refill but it was a rip off! I did not realize that it would cost this much for almost nothing done! No explanations and I was so flabbergasted I left feeling cheated on. Same rip off vibe. Why did I even hope for a different result. Not coming back but making sure you do not come here. I miss my lash lady.

I recently visited Amazing Lash Studio, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that instantly put me at ease. The staff are incredibly professional and friendly, making sure every step of the process was comfortable for me.
The quality of the service is top-notch. The technicians are highly skilled and take their time to ensure that each lash is perfectly placed. I left with lashes that looked stunning and natural, exactly what I wanted. The salon is always clean and well-maintained, which adds to the overall pleasant experience.
While the services are a bit on the pricey side, I believe it’s worth every penny for the level of care and expertise you receive. Plus, they are always accommodating when it comes to scheduling. I’ve never had an issue getting an appointment, even on short notice.
Overall, I highly recommend Amazing Lash Studio for anyone looking to enhance their beauty routine. The great service and fantastic atmosphere make it a standout choice!

If I could give zero stars I would. Do NOT go here.The first time I went to get lash extensions it was great. They were beautiful. I enrolled in the reoccurring payment option. The next time I went I paid an extra $70 for fuller lashes and it was less than impressive. I tried one more time and it was even worse.I had a $70 credit on my account and decided to take a break. I did not know if I wanted to continue getting my lashes done at this business and I needed to let them grow back (most had fallen out because of the false lash attachments).I called recently to see if I could get a gift card for the remaining credit or a refund since I was not happy with the experience. I was informed that my credit expired after 6 months. It had been 7 at this time. How absurd and ridiculous. Do NOT GET CAUGHT in this scam.

The lash tech was amazing and so sweet, but the office staff is rude and has terrible customer service skills. My experience tonight will be my last since the staff was not able to figure out how to use my gift card, wanted me to pay full price and give me “store credit”. Not the point of using a gift card. They then tried to figure out multiple ways to use the GC and my credit card to the point where it was blocked, but still expected me to find a way to pay. Also, they push so much for the membership to the point where it feels that you are not the priority, their goals are. Will not be returning again.

Chasity was absolutely amazing! She styled my lashes perfectly how I wanted them to be! ? This was my first treat since having a baby and it was very relaxing, clean, and positive environment from the moment I walked in. The front desk staff are so polite as well. I can't wait to continue coming and utilize the membership program. Style us classic volume with added wisps.Side note: I noticed a lot of comments about charges and pricing which is why it's important to READ DOCUMENTS BEFORE you sign them. I took the time to read over the agreements and they go over the charges for different styles, MASTER stylist and their extra fees, and the membership program. It is extremely detailed, you just have to actually read it thoroughly and of course ask any questions BEFORE agreeing to anything you're unsure of. I hope this helps future clients!

This was my first time at the Alamo Ranch Location and I can tell you it won’t be my last! My stylist Meghan was AMAZING! Really gentle, patient and did an amazing job on my lashes today. The front desk receptionists were all amazing as well. I recommend this spot to anyone!!

I've been at ALS since pre-covid and I can't say enough great things. Miranda always keeps my lashes looking great. Everyone is so kind, scheduling is easy, and there are options for everyone. You won't be disappointed!
