We hired them to install environmental graphics in our office which included five different projects. Each project had an issue, from poor installation and elements falling off the walls to scratches on metal artwork and pixelated graphics. The cherry on top was their faulty installation of an indoor full-wall vinyl that started peeling off the wall less than a year later. The original artwork they produced for this graphic was pixelated and instead of removing it from the wall, they installed the new version we created on top which made the vinyl too heavy for the adhesive. The graphic was peeling from every corner in a conference room where we host client meetings. When we reached out to them for a remedy, they offered to pay for half of a new installation. We have chosen to pay someone else to do it right rather than pay them again for a job that wasn't done correctly the first time.

We only got this sign 2 years ago and it looks like this. We called to find out about using the warranty and we were told that it is only for one year. They offered us 15% off our next sign purchase. We decided to call around because for the cost of these signs it shouldn't have gone so fast and other signed put in before this in our complex don't look like this. Just ours and another business in our location who both used this company and had them put in at the same time. After several other signage businesses saw pictures of our signs, they explained this happened due to negligence with the placing of the vinyl (multiple other places said that for this to happen it's because the wrong side of the vinyl is put to the front and possibly wrong type of vinyl used as well). We just want other people to be aware of this because while the people are nice the sign was very poor quality.

Their website said simple to complex jobs. Needed an item spiral binded and wanted to charge me a minimum shop fee of $50 when it was $5 at office depot. Guy on phone was rude too.

I don't even live in San Antonio, but I will NEVER use any other AlphaGraphics but this one. Taylor Abbott saved the day for me! We had a project for my mother and no one near me could get it done. But Taylor did!! Would HIGHLY recommend Taylor Abbott and his team to everyone.

They received a PO for 500 business cards this morning. There were 3 things to change on the front side of the card . The card was digital front and back.Early mid day I called and spoke with some yo-yo named Polo. He had told me that it would be ready by the end of day on Wednesday (not today Tuesday). I said what?? Then he says “ let me check on it”. I send him 2 emails and call him back. He says “ they are working on it now and we will try to have ready by 5 pm today. Pathetic!!! Well I drove here and arrived about 320 pm….they asked if they could help me and I told them I was there to pick up business cards. They had NOT even started on it!!!! So he, Polo lied to me. They called a miscommunication!!?? of course they would!!!! Very very unprofessional!!!will never do it again and suggest to others, RUN!

Parked in the lot on Friday night to pickup tacos from West taco next door. Coming out with my tacos and car is being towed away. Cost $230 just to get car back. Bad tow policy
