Just purchased our second used car from Juan Alonso in two years: 2016 VW Jetta. The other was a 2013 Elantra (from Brian) both were very reliable cars for my oldest sons. Rude customer service on the phone, and that is If you are even lucky enough to get a person on the phone. Shady online tactics. I’ve been eyeing a van for over a month and this dealer posted 2 that I’ve been interested in for weeks. I messaged them to never get a reply. Then I called a few days ago to be rudely told that they sold only to see the same vans reposted within 13 hours on FB.

Horrible dealership. Listing said the SUV had new tires and everything worked great and we even called to confirm this. After driving 2 hours to see the vehicle we find out the tires are horrible you could see metal and just about everything on the car didn't work including the rear lift gate. Long story short if you like being lied to and buying cars that don't work than this place is for you.

I paid cash for my vehicle and registration ,these ppl have yet to process my plates and Title...still waiting to recieve the title and plates. It's been 2months. The worst thing is no one cares. I've talked to 5 ppl and nothing has been done . I recommend if you buy a Vehicle from here opt out having them get your title and plates. Save yourself the headaches.

(Translated by Google) Worst customer service. We drove 1 hour 20 min to see a vehicle. We called in advance on personal cell phone. I have said he would wait for us to arrive. When we got there I had someone looking at the vehicle and sold it. I understand first come first serve but a phone call or text would have been nice.

Run as far and as fast as you can from Alonso Auto Sales. I spent a week per FB messenger negotiating terms on a 2009 Honda Odyssey. The terms agreed to were constantly being changed (price of van, warranty, etc). In addition, a yellow flag came up on the van when my mechanic scanned it. Alonso refused to show proof the problem was taken care of and won't even return my messages! Unprofessional and ridiculous!
