Worst company ever sent me the wrong colored hat. Clealry did not match the picture online. I sent them the pictures to prove it, then called to get it resolved. They didn't help me at all and had the audacity to say it's not even their product that they sell and it somone's eleses but came from them. So your website says you will make it right when the wrong product is sent? How does a company sell a hat they don't carry, send it in the box that clearly has their name and address on it, and includes a business card from Willie Jones the owner. How is this possible to take this stance with a customer and make them upset with their purchase refusing to help make i lt right when it's clearly an error from their warehous. What vendor does this to a customer, and doesn't value them enough to make their final purchase be a good one, a company no one should order from!

If you love sports this is the store you want to go too. They have every team and the staff is wonderful. It's a family owned and family running establishment. Love this store.

Good selection of mlb fitted hats but that's where it ends. Owner told me he could give me a good price only to try to charge me more than Lids at the mall (who has new inventory not last years overstock). He was also extremely rude in front of my 12 year old son who was excited to be shopping for a hat. This man will never see my business again!! I wanted to support the small business but in this case i will be supporting the corperate chain locations where they have better prices and better people.
