Spent a lot of time there last few months. Prices are higher than just about everywhere else. Staff can be friendly, but for the most part, they don't acknowledge you there until you're at the counter. Good place, just not high on my list

Hadn't been to this location in over 5 years and decided to stop on a whim. Very pleasantly surprised to find the layout had changed which made the shopping experience more pleasant. The staff was extremely friendly as well. They answered my lay-a-way questions and even took the time to look over the item I had my eye on. Can't wait to pay off my Crow statue. Will definitely make this one of my stops on my weekly collectible outing.

Love this place! My 16 year old found books and comics he'd never seen. My 9 year old has been wanting to learn to play Pokemon and they had a box set called my first battle. We definitely left there happy.

Definitely won't be going back to this place. We were followed around the store the whole time we were there. I would recommend shopping somewhere else.

I really like the merchandise, but the staff members just stare at you when they see you browsing, like you're not even supposed to be there. They don't even offer help, or say "If you have any questions, let me know," or just simply greet you when you walk in. Heroes & Fantasies provides a much more customer service friendly environment.
