Kathy and her staff have been incredible throughout the years. I absolutely love their drop off service. Alfa Tax Services company (owner) Ms Kathy Alfaro personally took care of us in our journey to Tax Recovery to a very large tax debt to the IRS with the help of an associated attorney firm, both of them did an incredible job not only in the beginning but through out the process, to assure us that they would take care of us, on a fit price, They also showed mercy and kindness to us, something never expected!
We though.. is this real? Do we still have a hope of clearing our debts?
But time after time Alfa Tax Service Owner and employees were professional, responsible, responsive, alert to all our needs, alway responded with kind words and respect to all our emails or messages left by us on their answering machine
They never ever belittle us, but treated us with high quality of respect.
After a few months of hard work on their part they got these government agency to drop their charges almost to a penny per dollar, in an offer of compromise on $ 657,000.00 debt of taxes and penalties

Terrible Accountant, do not use! Late filing, errors on tax paperwork, cant add, even caused us to be audited due to a mistake on her part. Ive asked for copies of filings over 10 times, Ive been ignored and I would highly recommend you use someone else.
