We went to this store last night with my friend. If I could rate it with zero stars I would, but unfortunately that’s not an option.The guy at the store was ignoring us on purpose and he did not even replied to our greeting. I bet he does not want to be there.We felt so bad and decided to leave the store instantly.

Horrible customer service . This is one of my favorit stores. Too bad they have staff in the store with zero respect for customers . I went shopping on Saturday before Christmas Eve around 8 pm. There was this guy who constantly flirted with the females at the counter and they made a lot of inappropriate and dragotory jokes . They offered zero help in helping customers and the guy seemed like he did not want to help anyone. they were irritated by people . I will consider shopping elsewhere .

If you were actually open during advertised business hours…lights on doors locked. No sign on the door-no answer on the phone. I don’t have time to keep going back to see if you’re open so that I can collect my order.

The girls who are on the very arrogant staff do not want to give you details as possible, they hire these types of people who do not contribute anything to a business, they only want their salary, they do not care at all about this company.

I’d leave a 0 start review if I could. Had the worst customer service experience with a money hungry company. There was an earring set with a $1 price tag sticker that was supposedly around $15 bucks. The idiot manager tells me, with the worst and most disrespectful attitude, that she was going to sell it to me for what the price tag read. The item wasn’t in a wrong section where it could have easily been mistaken to have been misplaced there by accident, it HAD a printed price tag of $1. Clearly a mistake on them when labeling and yet they can’t own up to it and respect the price difference. Pathetic excuse for a company. I will promote this experience to as many people as I can and around my social media to expose them. Companies like this need to learn to own up to their mistakes and have the integrity to be better. Hopefully my reviews adds up with other bad reviews and eventually has a negative impact on them.

First off, if I could rate with zero stars I would, but unfortunately that’s not an option….. I went to Aldo’s on Black Friday to buy some dress shoes for a Christmas party that was going to be held in middle December. I found the shoes I wanted to wear with my outfit but unfortunately, they didn’t have my size in the store. The sales person tells me that he can order them and have them shipped to either the store or my house. I buy the shoes and request the shoes be shipped to the store. I was told it’ll take 6-9 business days to come in. They arrived fairly quick, but when I showed up to the store to pick up my shoes, they were the wrong color. I am told they can re-order the shoe to the color I had originally bought and paid for and have them delivered to either the store or my house. This time I decided to have them shipped my house. So I wait another 6-9 business days worried that I may not get them in time for my Christmas party. Thankfully they arrive just in time for the party. When I opened the box, the right shoe had a large scratch on top, which was so noticeable because it took up the whole top part of the shoe. So, for the 3rd time I had to go back Aldo’s to show them how the shoe arrived. I request to speak to the manager and “Michael” said he’s one of the mangers and can help me out. I realized that he was the sales person who ordered the wrong color shoes from the initial visit to the store. I explained my situation to “Michael,” he apologizes and proceeds like it was no big deal to him. Says he can refund me my money or he can order the shoes again (for the 3rd time). He tells me it’ll take another 6-9 business days for the shoes to be delivered, putting me well past my Christmas party. Aldo’s and it’s employees screwed up on multiple occasions and “Michael” as the manger was not willing to go above and beyond for a customer by offering to over night the shoes or a fast shipping method. Needless to say, I didn’t get to wear the shoes I had originally planned to wear because of their incompetency and horrible customer service of its employees.

Horrible in store service. The employees are NOT friendly and do not care to help you regarding an exchange or return. Only if your buying something. They have really bad attitude. Even when I made the original purchase the guy was not friendly at all, just cared about his sale.Before I went in store I tried calling, and no one even bothered to answer, just let the phone ring and ring. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I have called aldo for over 3 weeks trying to get someone to answer their phones but it seems they are too incompetent to answer you would think they would have better management. Instead just go on over to white house black market some of the best customer service ever and they actually answer when you need some information.

Was here roughly 3 weeks ago and man they were busy for sure. But the young woman who helped me I think she had lavender hair. Was soo kind she picked out my shoes for me when I didn't know what I was looking for. Amazing service.

So my wife buys some shoes and purses from a great young sales guy. He was really awesome (brought some purses out to upsell…hey, we bought em ;)). However, she tried the shoes on at home and walked around in the living room and they just didn’t fit well. Next day, we walk in and a different sales girl is there and we tell her we’d like to return them please. She defers to another sales gent. This guy was so arrogant. He looked over the soles and literally made us wait while he reviewed them. Like for a minute and didn’t say anything to us at all while we’re there starting at him. I told him we literally bought these yesterday. He wipes them down and tells us let’s see how they dry. I’m infuriated…like really. I frankly wasn’t going to make a scene but I was boiling. Another story: went to DSW and Nordstrom to get shoes…didn’t fit right so I returned them. No problem Mr De Los Santos…and they return them quickly (and I return time and again to those stores to give them the business). This Aldo’s sales leader had no business sense at all.
