Paul is the go to for diagnosticts on tv's. My tv unfortunately no worth to fix due to age 6 to 7 yrs old and Oled Burned display. Paul was super honest and give me multiple options if I was willing to fix... Thanks Paul for your time and honesty.

Contacted Alamo based on reviews and must say Paul lives up to the high praise. He talked to me about repairing my 2009 Samsung and that I would be able to replace it with a much better brand new one for the cost of him coming to look at mine and order replacement parts. Customer Service like this is a rare find in these modern times. If I ever need a repair he will be the first call. Thank you Paul.

They - like other shops I called - weren't able to repair my TV's display but I appreciated that they were up front and even helped me properly dispose of the TV.

Took my 75" philips smart tv after a possible surge may have damaged the mother board. He ordered the parts and its been running great since July. Very reasonable pricing. I would decently use their services again. A lot cheaper than replacing with a new one.

Dude is never there.... I've gone by 4 times today and he's been there once. I'm not about to just sit in my car and wait for him to hopefully come back when it's 105°.I'll take my business elsewhere.

Had a gigantic CRT TV that had a no power issue. Paul came out to my place and did a pretty thorough inspection/test. We ended up needing to have him transport it back to his shop for a full work up. Few weeks later it was ready and as good as new. TV was delivered back to my house. Works perfectly. And pricing for work was very reasonable given the care, detail, and knowledge. Especially from Paul. A++ business would recommend

Daniel fixed our Samsung Smart TV(high end) & gave it a great picture again! Super busy shop! Not sure if that speaks to the TV owners, or the decline in production quality of these tv's. But thank God for Daniel!

My TV screen would not come on. Come to find out the screen was bad. Daniel was quick to respond to any questions and was able to let me know what was wrong with my TV fairly quickly. Will be using them again in the future for other TV repairs. Thank you.

Person who came to service my tv was annoyed that the tv was on a walk bracket. My husband and I had to take the 52 inch tv down ourselves. Servicer said he needed some part that would be in ' next week'. Never called us back. When we called to ask what was taking so long then surprisingly the part was in. He needed help lying the tv down and basically wanted help with everything. Even asked if he had to put the tv back where it was. C'mon Paul- this is your job. Don't be so lazy!

Ordered a Sony tv board from this shop and I got it very fast but board was bad. Call them with explanations and without any problem got a full refund in one minute. I bought from them before and everything was completely perfect and in additions today's situation proved that they are very honest and dependable. Thank you very much !!
