Four employees standing. We went in and another group of people came in after us. They serviced the ones after us because they were looking at the jewelry. I wanted to see the games. I had money ready to spend and they didn't acknowledge us at all. Customers, take my advice and spend your money elsewhere.

I don’t normally leave reviews but the customer service experience I received from Alamo Pawn was exceptional. Thank you Nick, nobody takes in G1 transformers, Funko pops and OG TMNT, just needed some help and you helped me by taking in my prize collection. Nick knows what he’s doing when it comes to collectible items. Thanks Alamo Pawn.
