Amazing customer service at Alamo Heights Collision. The whole process was super smooth. In the end, I only had the rental for 2 days. Car broke on a Tuesday, was driving it home in perfect condition on that same Thursday. Linda was very knowledgeable and gave me a quote for a scratch on the bumper. Fair pricing as well

This is the place to get your vehicle's body repaired, especially if it's a Tesla. Communication was excellent, time to complete the repairs went over the estimate by a few days, but was based on new damage found and subsequent parts ordering, Our overall experience with Alamo Heights Collision's repair to our vehicle and interaction with the staff was excellent. Our Tesla looks brand new again, very happy with their service!

I have taken my car to Alamo Heights Collision on 4 occasions. Each time Kane and his team were friendly, professional and communicative before, during and post repairs. I would highly recommend them for all car repairs. I drive a Tesla and they are certified to repair all issues with an electric car.

I did not have a good experience with this shop. The customer service was horrible. I had to call them several times to check status on my vehicle, the only reason I chose this body shop was because of the reviews. I had to take my vehicle back because I was dissatisfied with the work. They left extra parts inside my vehicle, at one point all of buttons on my steering wheel had been messed with, I took it in with gas got it back on empty. Not sure if they used my car to run errands or what. The staff is rude and dry didn’t even apologize for me having to take it back. Unfortunately if I have further issues I will have to use them again since it’s lifetime warranty. This was an insurance claim and a shop that they highly recommend you would think that it would be better but it wasn’t. Sorry guys but you get 1 star from me.

If you have a Tesla and are needing collision repair Alamo Heights Collision Center is the place to go. Their communication on the repair process was phenomenal and prompt responses to any of my questions. Customer service is their priority something many of these businesses lack nowadays. Got my Model Y looking brand new! Thank you to the Team!

The process was pretty ‘painless’. What I appreciated is that I knew when the body work was being done and when the car moved to paint and even when they thought it was ‘almost’ ready. I was told ahead of time how long it would take to get my car back. I was kept in the loop each step of the way—which I’ve never experienced before.
Oh—and the car looks as if nothing ever happened to it.

Kane and Morang at the front desk provided me with outstanding customer service and both deserved a promotion asap. Kane kept me informed every step of the process of repairs to both my Teslas multiple times and answered all my quesrions promptly and professionally. Morgan always had a smile on her face was very helpful when I dropped and picked off and always assisted me with my rental car return and pickup if needed. I have 22 years of customer service experience at the management level in the military and their professionalism and support set the standards for other to emulate.

Alamo Heights Collision Center has now repaired 3 of my vehicles. They have done an outstanding job. Their work is professional and completed in a timely manner. They have wonderful customer service. David, the service manager, is very personable and made the whole experience effortless on my part. AHCC technicians are perfectionists. I am very meticulous and after they completed their work, the car looked brand new. Awesome craftsmanship, attention to detail and professional work is what you will receive at Alamo Heights Collision Center. I am very pleased with their work.
