We loved the service our pup received. We took him in on a Sunday on an emergency basis as a walk in and the dr was amazing! She eased our minds

If I can rate it 0 I would. Staff will lie to you about wait time, Overpriced medication, and staff that don’t care. I waited 2hrs just to only have the doctor see my pup for 2 mins.

I’m writing this review on behalf of my mom because she is too distraught and sad to do it. My mom had a little puppy who recently passed away at 9 months due to parvo. The techs/dr at Alamo failed to inform her that he needed one more shot to be fully vaccinated. I believe that they were just careless with his paperwork because after just three doses, they let her know that he was “all good” and “ready” to go outside. But he needed a fourth one that they did not inform her of. My mom spent close to $5k trying to save his life. The hospital she went to let her know that she can be reimbursed by the distributor of the shots but she needed to work with the clinic that gave the shot to her dog—Alamo. At first they said they would gladly help her so she went in to hand them the paperwork. Well, the next day they called saying she needed to go back because they misplaced the paperwork. They’ve done this with me as well when I needed shots for my dog. I made an appointment and was completely overlooked after I checked in because they “misplaced the paperwork.” My mom has not been able to stop by because honestly all of this is just prolonging the grief she’s feeling for her dog. And Alamo does not seem to care. They are so unprofessional and apathetic to this situation. They have always been unorganized and this was the breaking point. DO NOT trust them to care for your pet. Their lack of care and consideration is reckless and has kept my mom in a state of endless sadness and regret. I fully blame Alamo for her dog’s death because they were not thorough. If I could give zero stars I would.

We got some sad news yesterday. The Vet was very understanding and clear on what options we have. Didn't judge when I asked about the big sleep. Went though what would happen. I'm appreciative of all the caring staff on site.

Thought it was an Animal Hospital but they were unhelpful in an urgent situation and was referred to go to an ER instead.
