This place is the best Coach Roger is a great person along with his son Sonic who also boxes at gym, they are helping out the neighborhood kids by teaching them self respect and confidence through boxing. I took my daughter there because she was interested in boxing and I also loved it. Now I just want to go back a donate my time in helping others they inspired me to giving back. If you get a chance go visit and you will see first hand the great job they are doing there. Put God first ? always.

Son just started , coach worked with him and guided him on how to properly work out and using proper stance. Very comfortable with atmosphere in the gym.
