I was able to quickly book this vet clinic after turning down services elsewhere. The online booking is effortless and I received a text immediately for additional information. I called, provided the info, got a quote for what we needed done, haggled the appointment time slots, and paid the new patient deposit. When we arrived we were immediately welcomed, checked in, and the gentleman at the front ensured we didn’t want any beverages while we waited. The vet tech came out a few minutes before our appointment and took us back to triage our fur baby. We again went over the issues and got a quote for services if the doctor deemed them necessary. The doc arrived and examined our cat and found there to be no immediate concerns and that X-rays likely aren’t needed since he probably has a soft tissue injury. Also the exam occurred right in the exam room and not in the back like other vet hospitals. The vet was thorough and explained all the procedures. They could easily have up charged and said we needed X-rays but they were honest and didn’t force us into procedures that were unneeded. We’ll definitely be returning for wellness exams. Dr. Jensen you are fantastic and we appreciate your professionalism dealing with our cat.

I received absolutely wonderful, compassionate care of my beloved dog Olive while arranging for after life care. They were efficient, communicative, and very kind and patient. I highly recommend Covenant Care.

It's really sad that we scheduled an appointment online and when I called the day of the appointment we were told we weren't on their schedule. Why offer online scheduling if you won't honor the appointment. We were going to be new clients and were looking forward to having a great place for our furbaby but I guess we'll just have to find another location.

Dr Baas is amazing with our little Leo. Our pup has severe anxiety and she made sure we had the best experience taking Leo to Covenant Care Hospital. Thank you Dr Baas!

***UPDATE:My dog Maggie passed away in 2019 due to bladder cancer and they assisted me with the entire process. They provided a paw print for me, along with her ashes and some information. The vet even handwrote a note for me behind her paw print card and it was so nice. I have this framed. My other dog Zoey is currently being treated there for a UTI and Struvite crystals and everyone has been so kind and professional. My dogs are always comfortable around them and that reassures me they are a great group of vets/vet techs. A UA with culture, probiotics (10 packets), and a 10 day course of Cephalexin cost me $198 with the visit, so I thought that was fair considering how serious the issue is. The last time we took her it ended up being about $400 due to senior labs being completed, antibiotics prescribed, imaging, and UA with culture. It’s worth every penny with how amazing the staff is and I highly recommend them.2019: I took my Lhasa Apso this past week due to some vomiting and bloody diarrhea issues which ended up being Hemorrhagic Gastroenteritis. She was a drop off appointment to get all of the labs, imaging, and testing done as soon as possible and ended up having to stay overnight until 3:30 the following day. They had her on IV fluids jand IV medications and when I came to pick her up she was a brand new pup. They were upfront about costs, which was really nice, and gave me an estimate right away of the costs of running labs and doing her exam would be. She’s 9 and very skeptical of people, but when the vet, Dr. Stallones, came to the door to see us, she ran towards her and jumped on her. I was so surprised, but it seemed like the tech and vet took extremely good care of Maggie. This ended up being much more serious than we would’ve expected, but in total everything came out to $947. They don’t do payment plans, but do offer care credit. I had to pay this all up front and after just closing on a house, this was a tough hit. Everyone is kind and they even called me throughout the day (both the vet and the tech) to update me on how Maggie was doing. I really appreciated that. The drop off exam was $53 and they ask for a $25 deposit over the phone to book your appointment. If it wasn’t for the high cost of what Maggie needed it would definitely be a 5 Star. I do know though that I needed to pay this to keep my dog healthy and alive, so I’m sure this would have been thousands more anywhere else. Thank you to Dr. D’Intino and Dr. Stallones for taking care of my four legged child!!!

Everyone from the front staff to pharmacy to the Techs & Doctors are awesome in their services & care provided. I have been going there for years and I do have my favorite Drs. They patiently explain what they think and why. I have never felt rushed and they are compassionate about their patients

I had a new adopted pet who needed a home. Dr. Nathan Earl was so kind and considerate… He truly cares about his patients both human and animal. They have a very holistic approach to veterinarian medicine and care about the pet as well as the owner. I cannot say how happy I am that I use their services and how pleased I was with their kind and loving approach to taking care of our family, both the humans, and the free babies. Thank you, Dr. Nathan Earl and your veterinary clinic for caring and being loving and kind people! They made a huge difference in our lives :-)

Overall this facility is good. My dog had a minor procedure to remove a lesion from her paw. Price was way under what I thought it was going to cost. The Vet was friendly & kept me informed. My only complaint is their pricing for nail trim $32 & bought a pack of pill pockets to hide the antibiotics $17! I guess I was paying for the convenience after surgery.
