Also worst service ever. Was suppose to receive my bag at 11:00am. Called the number and went to voicemail. Warned them of legal action due to meds in my bag. My bag was delivered at 2:00pm and the driver was also very rude. American Airlines needs a new delivery service. This delivery company sucks.

They went out of their way to get the luggage that American Airlines neglected to load on my son's flight to my son -they went above and beyond and their efforts were greatly appreciated.
