I was starting to like this place because of the reviews and half my friends go here but after today, I called and informed the front desk that my son has been hitting his head a bunch of times due to falling or climbing or hitting himself (rarley) and I’m worried about a concussion you know? And mind you my son is mentally challenged. So I called let them know my issue and concern and the lady calls back and says the provider recommended I take my 5 year old son to laurel ridge treatment center?! Like what the heck ?! He’s 5 and I asked if they are giving up on my son and she stayed quiet. Come to find out a medical assistant named Jazzlyn recommend that! This lady never met my son, NEVER. So I find it silly for 1 a medical assistant to recommend my son that and 2 a lady who’s NEVER met my son or myself mention that! This is sad! Y’all are giving up on my son, he needs help and I can’t get the help he needs without a referral at these places!

I brought my 11 yo in for a sports physical (first time patient). I was handed the standard paperwork but they also asked me to sign a consent for vaccines. I have never (as a mom of 4 and pediatric nurse) been asked to sign a consent for treatment without knowing the treatment. So I asked what vaccines she would get. The front desk lady got huffy at me and said the doctor will tell you and I just needed to sign the form. I could hear the front office ladies continue to talk about me as u waited. I get to the room and Dr George comes in. She seemed apprehensive. She does the exam. Tells me recommended vaccines. I agree to some (I don't give my kids flu, Covid, etc) She was actually very kind but did say it was the office policy that I completely comply to their vaccination recommendations or we couldn't be seen there. The doctor handled it well even if I don't agree with the policy but the front desk staff was awful.

This clinic is biased. They refused service to my twins who just turned a year old due to my religious exemption for vaccines. The fact that they can go against my right as an American citizen? Nauseating. I have that right and they denied me. They are obviously not interested in the milestones of my child that need to met by this age. Which they also go over at each appointment. Don't go here unless you want toxins forced upon your children.

The front office staff is always so pleasant, friendly, and accommodating. The nurses and doctors are great and we are always able to speak with someone when we call . The only negative thing about this practice is that the office does need some TLC as far as painting and updating.

The doctors are nice here but it takes for ever to get a referral sent. You call and NEVER get an answer from the referral department. They give the option to leave a vm and then it says you can’t leave a vm. My son has been sick over a month and it seems like they don’t care. I used to love this place but recently it seems like they could care less about your children. The people who answer your call tell you that they have sent the referral but then another one will say you have to wait 5-7 business days for a referral to be sent thru FAX.. when your dealing with a sick child you don’t have time for the run around they give you..

I've taken my daughter in 3 times since she's been a patient. The first time was fine. The second appointment was for her 15 month check up. I get there they said they can't do the checkup because she doesn't turn 15 months for 3 days (they knew her birthday when they made this appointment on her last visit for her 1 year) and my insurance won't cover it unless we can change it to a follow up. So I said ok because I didn't want to be charged as not coming when they made a mistake. We made it about her eczema I requested a refill on her ointment. And made an additional appointment for her 15 month check up. My husband was furious they wasted my time and insurance for basically nothing. They did not send the script to cvs.I was going to her 15 m check up today and got turned around and hit traffic. I called once my GPS turned from being on time to late. They said they have a 10 minute late policy. I said I'm doing my best this is my eta. She repeated the late policy and again I said it says I'm 4 minutes away. Get there parking lot is full. By the time I got in the office I was 12 to 14 minutes late. My fault yes. They would not see my daughter. I stood there crying as they marked her a no show and refused to see her.l and charged my insurance as a no show. I feel like an utter failure. They had zero sympathy just telling me the late policy. No apology not seeing what they can do.Moral of the story. They are allowed to mess up and waste your time and money but they live by that late policy and will not accept you wasting an ounce of there time.

Horrible service for their phone line for scheduling an appointment, they have the same people/ they ALL are rude. Just TODAY, I was disconnected two times!! It’s CLEAR it’s not the front office people as they're never rude. Trying to reach an office member directly is a hassle. I’ve been coming here since 2015 with my son, MOVED to NY and turned back to be back with this agency for what reason? Who knows but they are uncooperative and unresponsive when we voice concerns. Since one of the doctors retired, it has been horrible and difficult customer service skills they’ve been presenting. No worries, I’m sure another office would love to have us as their patients. Thanks for all the headache and trouble A-Z. Do yourself a favor and get an office that actually can answer your questions and HAS telehealth options for single parents. Kay bye!

Absolutely no stars for this place. So just ignore the one star. That’s the only way I could post. For a stoneoak location, I’m extremely surprised at how filthy, unprofessional and unorganized this place is. My daughter has been seen twice by them. The first time was very shocking and there was very little interaction with us from the NP. Figured I’d give them the a second chance, since we had just moved out here. Second visit, was for my daughters 12 month and they didn’t even know her name or what shots she’s had, needed and was questioning me on what she needed. Mind you, they had all of her records on hand from our previous location. Should’ve just walked out. But we had already paid out of pocket in order to be seen.

We had a very good experience at Dr Rayala’s office . The office people are very courteous and Dr Rayala establishes rapport with children easily. He employs sound clinical judgment and avoids unnecessary treatments. we highly recommend him.

Do not trust your children's health with these "nurses" or whatever they are. The ones who prep and take vitals. They disposed of my daughter's urine specimen because they left it on the counter and didn't bother to inform me. Very neglectful and don't make patients aware of their mistakes. Unprofessional and shouldnt be working if they can't take care of their responsibilities
