One word... SHADY.Ok, a few more words. I went in looking for a washer. There were a few, most looked to be in poor condition. A guy came in and stated that there were two prices for washers, I think maybe $200 for "that kind" and $400 for "this kind." He didn't appear to have any knowledge of the products or even know what to call them. ? Yeah... shady. He said he would to the back and see if they had any more and then disappeared... so I left.

Just got a washer and dryer today and had them delivered. The driver hooked them up and got it started. When he left, I noticed water was all over the floor. Upon further investigation, water was shooting out of all the vents on the back of the washer and flooded the house. I contacted A Plus Appliance about this issue and they said they would not be refunding me for the defective washer that flooded my house. The delivery guy returned and took the back of the washer off. He found a disconnected hose that was the culprit. I would not recommend purchasing any products from this company due to them completely abandoning me after a defective product that they sold to me as working and functioning properly, flooded my house.

YOUR RESPONSE IS A SLANDEROUS LIE.VERY DISGRACEFUL UNPROFESSIONAL & UGLY TO A LONG TERM REPEATED CUSTOMER. I HAVE ZERO ROACHES. ZERO DOG/PET FECES. YOUR DESPICABLE. ILL FILE A STATE COMPLAINT.Friday, 2/2/24. Took advantage of a elderly disabled woman, lied to me. My machine stopped working. I called A Appliance.(My family been a customer for over 10 yrs)They had a machine. I bought it, they told me they wanted my old Kenmore front loader machine to fix & sell. The delivery guys brought my machine, took old one. I went outside later & my old machine was in front yard ?No way. I called A Appliance they said they decided they didn't want it at the last minute so the unprofessional delivery man left it in the yard without even telling me. That is BAD BUSINESS. They lied. I have no one to haul away the old machine. WHY LIE & TAKE ADVANTAGE OF A ELDERLY DISABLED WOMAN. Where I live this is a City code enforcement violation/ Municipal Court & it's a violation to my lease. I'll be in big trouble with fines. Possibly evict meDONT BELIEVE ANYTHING THESE PEOPLE TELL YOU. THEY LIE !!!**OWNERS RESPONSE TO THIS IS LIE & SLANDER, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.NO ROACHES IN MY APPLIANCES. NONE IN MY HOME. IM VERY CLEAN. MY DOG IS A SERVICE ANIMAL FOR MY DISABILITIES**UPDATE (A local reputable appliance business in Comal County came & took my Kenmore front loader from my yard Saturday 2/3/24).

I just relocated to Texas from Colorado and was in need of a washer and dryer. The A Plus Appliance staff was very helpful and easy to deal with. They took the time to show us that the washer and dryer worked correctly and even loaded them for us. It was greatly appreciated and I will definitely shop again for my future appliance needs.

Googled for a place to get a washing machine and found A-plus appliance. Wasn't looking to spend a lot. They have great prices there. Friendly staff help you find what you are looking for. They even hooked up the washer to show you it works properly. It was quick and easy. Helped load it into my truck. Comes with a 1 year warranty. Great experience and I would recommend this place for washers, dryers, stoves and refrigerators. Give them a call for any questions.
