Lockaway Storage off IH 36 in San Antonio TX has been one of the best storage places I have ever rented. I have been with them for about 2 years and today I called them to inquire about a larger unit and was given a fantastic deal with fabulous customer service by Kasey. He was super pleasant, helpful and very easy to work with. He got everything taken care of within minutes and walked me through the documents he emailed me to sign to make sure everything was set. From the very first time I set foot on their property through today, it was been excellence all the way. Thank you Kasey for making the progress so easy and pain free!!!!!
