I give Evelyn my highest recommendation. Upon arrival, she provided me with Texan hospitality and was attentive to my needs. I was able to find a storage option for my vehicle, receive code and keys, and get through all the paperwork within a half hour.Their sister company Key Storage, also provided excellent and helpful service.

This storage facility has been the safest, most convenient, and reasonable in the area. The property manager (Evelyn) provides the best customer service that most businesses lack. She is professional yet personable, making the overall experience A+. I highly recommend this place as long as Evelyn is in charge.

The prices are good and I got a perfect storage unit for my needs. Evelyn was amazing and helped me out a lot! She first helped me over the phone and when i came in personally Evelyn was happy to show me a few units and answer any questions I had. She was extremely nice and very helpful!

We bought an auction unit from this facility. Miss Evelyn the property manager posted the unit as it appeared. The transaction was very easy. Communication was very forthcoming. This facility does not allow gate codes for bidders as per their policy, but Miss Evelyn worked with us 100%. The facility was immaculate and maintained. Miss. Evelyn did come to see how things were going towards the afternoon and if we needed anything and God bless her there was a static speaker that was loud with just a lot of white noise, I asked her if she could turn it down because it was one of those gratingly annoying sounds and she did one better and shut it off! I would gladly do business with this facility again! I give the facility AAA and the property manager AAA+++

I spoke with Evelyn today to obtain a storage unit and she was an absolute delight to speak to her customer service and communication skills were off the charts, and she was nothing but a pleasure to work with. It was my first interaction with the company, but so far not I wouldn’t give them a hair less than 5 stars.

Renting a unit has never been easier! I was able to do everything online then when I showed up everything was ready for me to move right in. The facility is the cleanest I've ever seen and the property manager Evelyn is wonderful! She was very nice and ready to help. I highly recommend this storage facility. Oh plus the location is so convenient. Had a little bit of a harder time finding out how to vacate but that too is super easy. The manager is very helpful and friendly.

The property manager Evelyn is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, she answered every question we had when we were inquiring about a storage unit. Once we toured them we knew this was the place we could store our stuff and have peace knowing it would be safe as well as held in a clean unit.
