As I look back at my history with 9Rounds I have worked with y’all for about 5 years! That alone says the quality and intensity of the workout you’ll get here. We refer to it as our 9Rojnds family! The facility is clean, the equipment is well maintained and the staff is more that grateful having you there. My trainer walked me through the process and equipment we would be using and provided plenty of encouragement. No pressure, workout at your pace within the class structure. Headed back after a day or so of rest hahaha.

Fun! Leaves me my muscles exhausted and hungry for more everyone I go. Great way to mix up your routine, and a hell of a workout. They work with military to end contract if you get orders so that's cool Started a few weeks ago and will continue to attend, otherwise I'll update review. You get free wraps and gloves too!

Best gym! Nothing like getting my day started with 30 minutes of HIIT done. It’s the best kind of gym where the trainers push, guide, motivate and treat you like family. Highly recommend.

Kristina Was actually able to get my heart rate up when I have a lot of trouble getting it up! She was very clear on instruction and really challenged me when she saw I was trying to take it easy. I need that accountability !

Love the gym and the trainers! I am not a fan of working out and they do a great job of keeping me going and pushing me to do my best.

Won’t let you do a trial session if you’ve done one already at a different location. It’s impossible to feel the vibes of the gym without being able to do one. They are not very accommodating. Didn’t feel welcome.

9 Round Alamo Ranch is a great place to get your workout ?️♀️ in. You have caring trainers and the owners get engaged as well. You are part of a family! I was skeptical about going back due to the virus, but I’m vaccinated and they keep the place clean so you feel safe. I’m happy to be back in action! Lynn Green
