Don’t waste your time at this place, use Shell down the road. At this 7-Eleven they don’t let you use the restroom always saying the restroom is broken or lying that someone is in there. Stopped here again 8-4-2024. Chris was at the counter and said restrooms are closed. I asked after buying an air freshener. Purchase or no purchase the restrooms are always closed or broken. Just a waste of time. 7-Eleven are usually better than this. Exxon is better than this. These two companies brand takes a hit every time this location denies people from the restroom. Possibly a city violation. Will escalate to city officials at this point.

Cashier has real bad attitude and doesn't need to be working there, told him that his pump wasn't working and tells me to go somewhere else, wouldn't stop at that dirty overprice stop anytime in my life time again thank God I didn't buy anything, probably would have caught an std if Iwas there longer

Beware, the cashier will not give you your full change back. Count your change before leaving. He is an older foreigner guy, and will you attitude if you ask for your exact change back.

Every now and then I have to stop here for fuel and non of them ever have any paper to print my receipt. Make me have to go inside. Also at least one pump is down at any given time. Cashier give me the stink eye because he has to cut his cigarette break short just to give me my receipt. Will try to avoid this place.

I guess at this store it’s not guaranteed fresh at this store. Asked the clerk for a couple cans of dip and he threw them on the counter I asked him if they were in date and he said yes without even looking at them. They were 10 months out of date. I told him they’re almost a year out of date and he just looked at me say it’ll be 7 dollars. I opened it up and it’s completely dried up. I told him I wasn’t taking it and he said I opened it I have to take it. I asked him what happens if I get sick from year out of date tobacco and he said not his problem don’t open the product. I payed for it and left it alone. Chris is a horrible clerk and when I asked for his managers name and number he refused to give it to me. Horrible customer service. Stay away from here.

Attendant was rude and told me he didn't have time to explain the rules about the mega lottery. i asked what the difference was between $4 for 2 tickets and $6. spent more time complaining about customers coming in and wanting him to explain... plus, very grubby looking homeless looking person. not a good image of 7-11.

The older guy Carl working in this store needs to be fired asap. The most rude customer service if you don’t like your job then find another place to work. But don’t go to work with a attitude being rude to customers.I will be filling a complaint with corporate to get this guy fired he is a danger to customer.

First time I’ve been here and someone was rude to me. The lady is always nice! But the guy dismorning who claimed to be the “owner” doesn’t listen. There was a deal on some drinks which I told him when I got to the register. Buy 2 get 1 free. So when I went to the back to get my free one I bout walked out the door and he stopped me and claimed there were no deal. So I had to show him the door. Not only was I in a rush but he had to refund me and re do it just to get my free drink. I mean come on. Anyone I know I would not recommend going to this store when he is there.

Dirty store ,bathroom dirty. No cold brew coffe . I like about half of the 711 i go into. I k ow they are short staffed at the moment whuxh could be a factir in the cleanliness
