I come here often and never have a problem. I walked in and the guy was talking to a customer about video games. Cool, no problem. I walk up, he’s still talking to him. Scans my stuff and the card reader waits for a good while on his end but he’s too busy not paying attention. We have to start over and when the transaction goes through, he wads up my receipt and throws it away all while still talking to the customer. I said thanks and he still never acknowledged me. I could turn around and go right back in and he’d never recognize me. Also.. I wanted the receipt. 11/13/22 at 4:10.

I frequent this store almost everyday because I live 3 minutes away. On 2/12/22 at around 7:20pm I walk into the store and one of your employees ( short, Hispanic, dark hair, possibly pregnant) tells me to leave and I can’t shop there. I’m utterly confused and almost thought she was joking. When I realized she was serious I asked her what is she talking about. She begins to angrily ask me, “was it you, was it you?” Multiple times. I respond “ was what me?” Multiple times. She will not tell me what she’s talking about. I’m still very much confused. She then tells me there is a picture in the back office and would I like to see it. I say yes. However she claimed only her manager could access it and he is not there. Eventually she states there was an incident she had with another black woman days ago who allegedly threatened her, which is NOT me! She calls the police and can’t even show them a photo of this woman who is NOT me! The whole time she has the wrong person. I am NOT the person she previously had an incident with. I walked into this location as I do every other day ready to spend my hard earned money only to be racially profiled. I want this employee terminated immediately.

Pricing never matches what is listed when it is rung up. Staff is annoyed. Way better when it was corporate

The absolute worst 7-11 I have been to in the US! I travel for business and went next door from my hotel to get what I like, my 7-11 coffee. The woman manager on duty had to be the rudest person I have ever encountered in San Antonio.There was coffee but zero milk and just one sweet creamer to choose from! I made a comment that every 7-11 I have been to has had a variety of milk, half -half, creamers to choose from, out for the customers. Her reply, “we aren’t like other7-11’s!”. Woman, you are correct. I am writing to Corporate to let them know just that. Rude.

Asked for gas on a certain pump and the cashier puts it on the wrong pump, he then argues that I gave him the wrong pump number. Very disrespectful

I want to express my frustration on here.. The lady who works overnight. older black lady is straight up the rudest employee I've ever met. She locks the store up at 2am .. She won't tell you if she open when she outside smoking. She closes the machine for drinks. I've called and reported her! This is not ok! This 1 employee is making my whole 7-11 experience horrible. And there's no where else to go at this hour.. I work overnight. I just wanted a snack drink. I hope she fired! No one has to deal with her like I've have. And I'm not surprised I see reviews about this already.
