The restrooms do not work here. Sam the associate says they are flooded both the guest and employees.
I asked him where do the employees go and he could not answer the question.

Was just at this location a few minutes ago. The clerk at the counter (older white lady) was super rude to my friend and I when there was a miscommunication on which big gulp is 89 cents. After not knowing we had grabbed the wrong size, the lady tried to force us to pay for it. We told her we would get the smaller ones and she then proceeded to yell at us “oh so now I have to waste $6 worth of product?!” I told her again that I didn’t know until she said something, she then got upset at us again and was trying to then make us pay for everything including the other drinks! I’ve worked in customer service my entire life and have NEVER had this type of experience! She needs some training on dealing with situations and talking to people

The manager here at 6pm on 6/23 was scolding her employee during his shift in front of the customers. She made everyone feel some type of way. She is the one who needs proper training, she needs to learn how to speak to her employee correctly and away from customers. That's very unprofessional.

Thursday between 1:45p.m-2:00 p.m October 13, I was rufused to purchase a beverage by an older grumpy clerk after cashing my check at speedy cash simply because I had my work bag (with valuables inside/money/etc.), still on and refused to leave it in an unsecure place just to buy a beverage...

I was ignored at the side register without any customers in line. I moved behind the man at the front, whose wife then moved to the side. The woman at the side called me over with attitude, ignoring the other lady. I don't like being ignored and common courtesy dictates you say, "be right with you." Then she moved my things away and refused service. Don't go there unless you want to be treated like you're invisible!

Oscar took care of me. Went up the street and door was locked and cashier could not sell me lotto. I will only come to see Oscar. He is the best.
